BALLOON DISPLAY STRUCTURE
A balloon display structure and method of use. The display structure includes a base member and an upstanding member with the upstanding member having a plurality of sides with elongate apertures therein. The elongate apertures are arranged to receive sticks bearing air-filled balloons.
Ski pole holder
A ski pole holder for attachment to a chairlift is disclosed. A lower body portion includes a slot slightly wider than a ski pole shaft. An upper body portion includes a floor with a slot corresponding to the lower body slot, a peripheral wall with an opening in front, and an attachment to a bar of the chairlift.
ROD HOLDER
A rod holder is mounted on an upright or a horizontal structure to hold a rod, such as a fishing rod. A latch is pivotally mounted on a base with a pivot pin. The rod is received in a latch aperture to pivot the latch closed. The rod is removed from the latch aperture to pivot the latch open. An arcuate slot in the base or the latch is centered about the pivot axis. A limit pin is received in the arcuate slot to stop the latch in the open and closed positions. A base magnet and a latch magnet follow arcuate paths of the same radius. The latch magnet will pass over the base magnet as the latch pivots. Like poles of the base magnet and the latch magnet repel one another to hold the latch open or closed.
Modular merchandise display
A modular merchandise display which allows for the integrated display of greeting cards and other social expression products. The system provides flexibility in the set up and modification of the retail display over time by offering product modules having a variety of holding mechanisms for retaining and displaying a wide range of products. Each product module operates independently from all others such that adding/removing/rearranging a product module does not affect or disrupt the other product modules on the display.
Support apparatus for stick and bagged items
What is provided is an apparatus for use in a decorative or edible arrangement, including a multiplicity of stem portions each having an upper end and a lower end, and holders each attached to the appropriate stem. Some holders comprise of spirally shaped receptacle mounted to the appropriate stems. The spirally shaped receptacle includes multiple coils surrounding a cavity. The coils have a hook attached at the end furthest from the elongated stem. The coils hold decorative or edible articles.
Excavator breaker rack and method of use
An excavator breaker storage rack includes a base having a first beam and a second beam running parallel and to rest on a ground surface; a support system attached to the base, the support system having vertical supports extending up from the base; angled supports attached to the base and the vertical supports such that the angled supports are positioned at an angle relative to the base of less than 90 degrees and greater than 10 degrees; one or more base plates attached to and extending away from the one or more angled supports; one or more top plates attached to the one or more angled supports; and one or more arms positioned on opposite sides of the one or more top plates; the support system is to support one or more excavator breakers above the ground surface.
SECURITY APPARATUS AND SECURE DISPLAY SYSTEM FOR SPORTS EQUIPMENT
A security apparatus for securing a piece of sports equipment includes a housing and an extension having a first end that extends from the housing and a second end this is positioned within the housing. A lock assembly includes a barrel having a first end and a second end. A lock body is positioned within the housing and is operatively coupled to the barrel. When the lock assembly is in the locked state, the first end of the extension member engages a first portion of the piece of sports equipment, the lock body engages the second end of the extension member to inhibit axial movement of the extension member to secure the first portion of the piece of sports equipment against the extension member, and the lock body extends from the housing to engage a second portion of the piece of sports equipment.
MODULAR CLEANING, DISPLAY, AND STORAGE RACK FOR FIREARMS
A modular cleaning, display, and storage rack for firearms is disclosed for holding or displaying one or more pistols. The firearms rack can hold one or more pistols for cleaning and/or displaying. The firearms rack can also be folded flat for easy storage and/or transport. Multiple racks can be nested or stacked together and occupy less space than a single rack. The rack includes a base, and a plurality of support rods disposed in a spaced apart relation and hingedly operable relative to the base. In an open condition, the plurality of support rods are angularly disposed above a top surface of the base. The firearm is supported on the support rod by insertion of the support rod into the barrel of the firearm. In a closed position, the plurality of support rods are oriented such that they are substantially aligned with a back surface of the base.
Systems and methods for supporting and displaying elongate utensils
A display system for supporting a plurality of elongate utensils includes a base defining a flat base surface and a longitudinal axis normal to the base surface. An outer shell includes an outer body coupled to the base and extends longitudinally therefrom. The outer body defines a plurality of outer openings extending therethrough, each sized to slidably receive therethrough an elongate utensil. An inner shell includes an inner body coupled to the base, the inner body spaced apart from and at least partially contained within the outer shell. The inner body defines a plurality of inner openings each aligned with a corresponding one of the outer openings along a respective insertion axis of a plurality of insertion axes and sized to slidably receive the elongate utensil. The plurality of insertion axes are oriented at a plurality of different angles relative to the longitudinal axis.
Dessert display stand
A dessert display stand. The dessert display stand includes a number of panels. Each panel is defined by a first side and a second side. The first side of each panel includes a male interface. The second side of each panel includes a female interface. The male interface is designed to engage the female interface of an adjoining panel. At least one channel is placed in each panel. Each channel is designed to receive a dessert stick therethrough.
