ADAPTIVE ASSISTED GRIP APPARATUS
An adaptive assisted grip apparatus includes a holder comprising an elongated piece of resilient, compressible material; and an insertion channel extending at least partially into the holder parallel to the length of the holder, wherein the insertion channel is configured to expand and contract to accommodate both the size and the shape of the inserted cosmetics product to thereby grip and retain the cosmetics product at least partially inserted within the insertion channel; wherein the holder is configured to be held in the hand of a user such that the cosmetics product can be held and used by the user holding the holder.
EATING UTENSIL SYSTEM
A combination spoon and fork system capable of being stored in a nested configuration or used as a combination eating utensil with the spoon and fork connected end to end. An interlocking mechanism can interlock the spoon and fork in either the nested position or in the end to end configuration. The interlocking system allows the handle of the spoon to slide between rails on the handle of the fork and to snap and lock the spoon in place either nested with the fork or end to end with the fork to form an elongated combination eating utensil. The spoon and fork of the system can also be used separately from one another.
Eating utensil having a holder
An eating utensil includes a holder, a shaft, and a utensil head. The holder includes an elongated body having a proximal end and a distal end, and a flange extending from the distal end of the body. The shaft has a first end fixedly attached to the distal end of the body and a second end that extends from the distal end of the body such that at least a proximal portion of the shaft including the first end extends parallel to a longitudinal axis of the body, the utensil head being connected to the second end of the shaft. The holder being configured to be received within a user's hand such that a bottom surface of the flange contacts a portion of a dorsal surface located between an index finger and a thumb while the proximal end of the body is adjacent a palm.
Edible and Biodegradable Utensils
The present disclosure describes edible and biodegradable compositions that can be made into utensils. Methods and manufacturing process of making the utensils are also provided.
Portable reusable utensil
A portable reusable utensil is provided that includes an upper casing, a lower casing, and a utensil body. The utensil body is mounted in a receiving space formed between the upper casing and the lower casing detachably connected to each other for storage and easy to carry. While in use, a service end of the utensil body is facing outwards while an assembly of the upper casing and the lower casing is used as a part held with user's hand to serve food. The design makes the portable reusable utensil more convenient to use.
CHILDREN'S TRAINING UTENSILS PROMOTING THE PROPER USE THEREOF
A training utensil for promoting proper use thereof by children includes an elongate handle having a predetermined length along its axis and a triangular cross-section in the form of an isosceles triangle having a larger base and two smaller equal sides. The smaller sides form substantially equal angles θ and an opposing angle γ=180°-2θ at an apex opposite the base where θ is selected to be within the range of 5°-55°. A head portion extends from one end of the handle along the axis for engaging food items. A transition portion at an end of the handle transitions from the triangular cross-section to a substantially flat cross-section overhang generally co-extensive with the base to cover a proximate end of the head portion. Color coded marker and handle surfaces guide a user to the positions of the fingers gripping the handle.
Condiment Dispensing Utensil Assembly
A condiment dispensing utensil assembly for on-demand dispensing of a condiment includes a utensil, which comprises a shank that can be grasped in a hand of a user. A panel is engaged to the shank and defines a chamber. A condiment is positioned in the chamber and is selectively dispensable therefrom.
MOUNTABLE AND FOLDABLE UTENSIL WITH STRUCTURE FOR HINDERING AND LIMITING MOVEMENT OF UTENSIL COMPONENTS
A food product spreader apparatus including a blade having a longitudinal axis, a handle having a longitudinal axis and a pivot block to which the blade is secured. The blade includes a mounting portion for storing the spreader on a food container. The pivot block is rotatably mounted to the handle and the blade and pivot block are movable between a first position where the longitudinal axes of the blade and the handle are generally parallel to one another and a second position where the longitudinal axes of the blade and the handle are generally perpendicular to each other. In the first position the spreader apparatus is available for use and in the second position the spreader apparatus is able to be stored on the container while occupying a minimal amount of space.
