A sensor detects the presence of a person, and when the person leaves the vicinity of the toilet, the motorized take-up spool winds the used toilet cover sheet onto the take-up spool.

An automatic rolled sheet that can unroll to become toilet seat cover. The dispensing roll is housed within a dispenser housing. The dispenser housing is vertically oriented and located behind the toilet seat. The dispensed sheet is pulled from the dispenser housing onto a toilet seat via a motorized take-up spool within a take-up housing located under the toilet bowl. A sensor detects the presence of a person, and when the person leaves the vicinity of the toilet, the motorized take-up spool winds the used toilet cover sheet onto the take-up spool.

The toilet seat sheet includes a sheet body, an opening formed at a central section of the sheet body, and a separation portion configured to be separated from an inner edge of the opening. The separation portion includes a breaking connection that connects the separation portion to the sheet body, the breaking connection being arranged on a right obliquely rear side and/or a left obliquely rear side of the inner edge of the opening. Further, a rear side edge of the separation portion 3 includes a right side outwardly curved section 321 that protrudes right obliquely rearward and a left side outwardly curved section 322 that protrudes left obliquely rearward. A shielding device for covering an opening of a toilet bowl that contains a liquid. The shielding device helps inhibit backsplash from the liquid when an object is exuded into the liquid, and also helps to at least partially inhibit contact between a user and the sides, the inner peripheral region, and the outer peripheral region of the toilet bowl. The device is effective for creating sanitary conditions when a user is sitting or standing over the opening of the toilet bowl.
