Toilet with lid for sealing bowl for analysis and washing
An analytical toilet comprising a bowl for receiving excreta from a user; and a lid adapted to cover the bowl and form an airtight seal between the bowl and the lid forming a sealed chamber; and at least one fluid outlet for cleaning the bowl is disclosed.
Collapsible toilet footrest
A collapsible toilet footrest has a foot platform and two collapsible sidewalls, the sidewalls having one or more hinges. When not in use, the user may collapse the sidewalls, which are closed between the foot platform and a front face. When in use, the sidewalls may be locked or otherwise secured into position so as to create a stable, raised foot platform.
Deployable handle devices
Handle devices for building, including bathing, environments that can be stored in and deployed from recesses in the walls of the environments. The handle devices may include emergency contact capabilities to enable a user to contact an emergency contact. Universal handle devices can be mounted to the contoured walls of a free standing tub. Handle devices may have a handle, a handle housing, a gear shaft connected to the handle, a spring and a lock housing. Other handle devices have housings with a gear rod and a guide channel. Some handle devices have a plurality of links rotatably coupled to the housing and the handle, and a stowage locking lever housed within the handle.
SQUATTING TOILET SEAT TO FACILITATE SMOOTH DEFECATION AND URINATION
A safe; effective squatting toilet seat has multiple embodiments to simulate the natural mode of bowel and urine evacuation in the squatting position practiced for centuries before modern sitting toilet was introduced. This inventive design bends the thigh at hip, which pushes back the pubic bone and tilts the pelvis forwards that bends the torso resulting in relaxation of the puborectalis and pubourethralis muscle noose at anorectal junction while straightening the rectum to come in alignment with the anus for fast easy and fast bowl evacuation. This invention also provides a separate insertable squatting toilet seat placed on the top of the existing toilet seat on the toilet bowl. It is provided with urinal embodiment to prevent urine spilling and to induce easy flow of urine in females due to relaxation of pubo-rectalis-urethralis muscle. Embodiments include toilet bowl sterilization by germicidal visible violet-blue spectrum light, toilet deodorizer, and seat warmer.
Toilet Training Step Ladder
A toilet-training step stool or ladder that may be positioned around a toilet allowing a child to climb up and use a standard toilet seat. The ladder is especially useful for assisting a small male child to position and steady themselves adjacent to and facing the front of the toilet bowl while in a standing position.
GRAB RAIL
A grab rail (10) includes an elongate central grip region (12) extending in a linear direction and two end portions (14). Each end portion (14) includes an elbow formation (18) extending from and contiguous with the grip region through to a direction generally transverse to the grip region and terminating in a surface engaging formation (20). The central grip region (12) includes a photo luminescent material that accumulates energy under normal or day light conditions and automatically emits light under low light conditions to glow in the dark. The grab rail does not require a power source and provides enhanced visibility in low or dark lighting conditions, and is particularly useful in care facilities and where people suffer from mobility issues.
Posturally supportive toilet seat apparatus
A posturally supportive toilet seat apparatus 1 comprising a seat 10 having a base portion 11. The base portion has leg support features 12 and an aperture 13 formed therein for passage of waste therethrough. The apparatus 10 further comprises a back support 14 which extends from a rear end of the base portion 11. The back support 14 and leg support features 12 are shaped, dimensioned, and, in an in use-configuration, adjustable/positionable relative to each other in an oblique relationship. In the in-use configuration, the thighs and torso of a user seated on the seat 10 are encouraged to form an acute interior angle therebetween, with knees locatable above hips, essentially resulting in the user adopting a squat position.
Safety handle device
A safety handle device includes a handle tube unit, a plurality of joint members, and a plurality of support tube units. The handle tube unit is formed with a tube channel that has two openings, and has a plurality of mounting holes. Each joint member is detachably disposed in the tube channel and has an engaging bore. Each support tube unit includes a support tube subunit detachably coupled to the handle tube unit, a fastening member passing through the respective mounting hole and engaged detachably with the engaging bore of the respective joint member, a securing seat adapted to be fixed to a wall, and a securing member extending into the support tube subunit and connected to the securing seat.
DEPLOYABLE TRANSFER MEMBER FOR A LAVATORY
A lavatory includes a toilet, a wall proximate to the toilet, and a transfer member moveably secured to the wall. The transfer member is moveable between a stowed position away from the toilet, and a deployed position. At least a portion of the transfer member in the deployed position is supported by at least a portion of the toilet.
