A disinfectant wipe dispenser is provided comprising a container having first and second compartments, the first compartment being dimensioned to store a supply of wipes in use; and, separated by a baffle including one or more channels communicating between the compartments. The first compartment has an outlet through which wipes may be successively drawn; and, the second compartment is dimensioned to receive one or more portions of a disinfectant composition comprising a peroxy activator, a peroxy compound and optional further excipients, selected so that addition of the dosage form to a predetermined quantity of water produces a disinfectant solution containing peracetic acid at a concentration of at least about 1000 ppm. The channels communicate between the compartments and allow flow of water and aqueous disinfectant between the compartments, and have a maximum dimension configured to prevent movement of particles of disinfectant sediment from the second compartment to the first compartment.

A water dispersible pouch for moistening a tissue includes a film that encloses a cavity, the film having a body portion and a region of weakness, the region of weakness having a thickness that is less than a thickness of body portion; and a substantially waterless wetting composition disposed within the cavity; wherein the water dispersible pouch has a rupture strength at the region of weakness of less than 10 pounds per square inch (psi).

A wipe dispenser for use in metering out consistent doses of a composition onto a disposable wipe includes a mixing and dispensing assembly. The assembly has a vessel holding a first liquid for the composition and a first pump to convey the first liquid. A bottle having a second pump to convey a second liquid of the composition is stored within the bottle. A funnel arrangement is in downstream communication with the first pump and second pump. The funnel arrangement includes a mixing chamber for mixing the first and second liquids and a dispensing funnel in communication with and downstream of the mixing chamber. A wipe can be pulled through the dispensing funnel and wetted with a mixture of the first liquid and second liquid from the mixing chamber. A push bar attached to the funnel arrangement can selectively apply the force to actuate the first pump and second pump.

Exemplary embodiments wet-on-demand dispensers are disclosed herein. An exemplary dispenser for dispensing wet-on-demand substrates includes a housing, a container for holding a fluid, one or more wetting tips in fluid communication with the container. Each of the one or more wetting tips has a movable valve member. The exemplary dispenser further includes a holder for holding a roll of substrate and the movable valve members are moved as a function of contact with the substrate.

Exemplary embodiments wet-on-demand dispensers are disclosed herein. An exemplary dispenser for dispensing wet-on-demand substrates includes a housing, a container for holding a fluid, one or more wetting tips in fluid communication with the container. Each of the one or more wetting tips has a movable valve member. The exemplary dispenser further includes a holder for holding a roll of substrate and the movable valve members are moved as a function of contact with the substrate.

A wipe container that includes a cover member that has a cavity, at least one wipe received in the cavity of the cover member, a base member that has a fluid reservoir, and a partition that is disposed between the cover and base members. The cover member, the base member, and the partition are sealed together to create a perimeter seal. The partition creates a barrier between the wipe on one side and cleaner on the other side. The container can be introduced into a clean room. Just prior to use, the partition is split open so that the cleaner mixes with water on the wipes.

Exemplary embodiments wet-on-demand dispensers are disclosed herein. An exemplary dispenser for dispensing wet-on-demand substrates includes a housing, a container for holding a fluid, one or more wetting tips in fluid communication with the container. Each of the one or more wetting tips has a movable valve member. The present invention generally provides a towel wetting or pre-wetting device for the wetting of towels at the point of use. More specifically, the present invention provides for disposable towel pre-wetting devices which provide a point of use wetting for cleaning and disinfecting wipes or towels. Embodiments allow for activation of the towel pre-wetting device with a towel through the lid which temporarily unseals the bowl from the cap allowing fluid to be released from the reservoir to pre-wet a towel as it is extracted through the lid. Embodiments allow for the adjustment of the bowl relative to the cap which controls the volume of fluid to be released to wet the towel. The pre-wetting device is intended to be affixed to the top of a cylinder of towels. Thus the present invention solves the unmet need of providing for wet cleaning wipes or towels at the point of use.

Provided is a case of portable compressed tissue, and more specifically, a compressed tissue is immersed by adjusting the compressed tissue according to a water level of a stored solution, and thus, a case for storing the compressed tissue and a solution allows easy and convenient carrying and storage to a user, and also, the compressed tissue is immersed in an appropriate amount of a solution according to a water level of the remaining solution by an immersion portion provided in a compressed tissue case, and thus, it is possible to conveniently use the compressed tissue from the outside, and to efficiently use the solution.
