MOBILE CART WITH HIGH-POWER SLURRY VACUUM AND CONTAINMENT
A high-power slurry vacuum cart is well suited to collect and contain any slurry or wet residue produced through concrete and other surface processing operations. A multi-horsepower propane engine and propane tank are mounted on a mobile frame, along with a suction pump powered by the propane engine. A slurry containment vessel mounted on the frame has an input in communication with a squeegee and an output coupled to the suction pump. The squeegee may be adapted for floor contact to collect slurry for transfer to the slurry containment tank. The suction pump is directly coupled to the propane engine through a universal joint, thereby obviating the use of belts, chains or pulleys. The output of the pump may optionally be used as an air blower for surface drying, or the like, as well as use as an air blower to assist in emptying the slurry containment tank.
Surface cleaning apparatus with two-stage collection
The present disclosure provides a surface cleaning apparatus that mechanically removes liquid and debris from a brushroll and stores the mechanically-removed liquid and debris onboard the apparatus in a first collection area. The surface cleaning apparatus also collects further liquid and debris from the brushroll by a source of suction including a vacuum motor or a pump and stores the collected liquid and debris onboard the apparatus in a second collection area.
FLOOR CLEANING MACHINE
A floor cleaning machine having a base, a suction foot, a dirty water tank in fluid communication with the suction foot, a suction turbine, and a separation container. The suction turbine is attached to the base and generates a suction air flow from the suction foot into the dirty water tank. The suction turbine has a housing with an inlet opening and an outlet opening through which air flows. The separation container adjoins the suction turbine housing and has an interior, which that communicates with the inlet opening and a bottom wall section that faces the interior. The bottom wall section is disposed vertically lower than the inlet opening. A drainage opening leads out of the bottom wall section into the environment and is provided with a valve that is closed during operation of the suction turbine is in operation and open when the suction turbine is not operated.
Surface cleaning apparatus having a fluid distributor
A surface cleaning apparatus is provided with a fluid delivery system for delivering a cleaning fluid to the surface to be cleaned. The fluid delivery system includes one or more fluid supply tanks for storing a supply of cleaning fluid, a fluid distributor for applying the cleaning fluid to the surface to be cleaned, and a fluid supply conduit for delivering the cleaning fluid from the fluid supply tank to the fluid distributor.
Surface cleaning machine with cover device for dirty fluid reservoir device
A surface cleaning machine is provided, including a cleaning head having at least one driven cleaning roller unit, a dirty fluid reservoir device arranged on the cleaning head, and a scraping guide device for dirty fluid that acts on the at least one cleaning roller unit, wherein the dirty fluid reservoir device has a container device for dirty fluid and a cover device for the container device, wherein a duct device for cleaning liquid is arranged on the cover device, and wherein there is arranged on the cover device an orifice device which is fluidically connected to the duct device and by means of which cleaning liquid is applicable to the at least one cleaning roller unit.
Portable extractor
A portable cleaner has a recovery tank, including a container for receiving and storing recovered liquid and/or dirt and an openable tank lid for covering the container. The container and the tank lid are removable from the cleaner as a unit. The portable cleaner also has a main housing configured to removably support the recovery tank in a vertical orientation in which the tank lid at least partially defines a top side of the portable extraction cleaner. In addition, a tank latch is provided in the tank lid, the tank latch configured to selectively secure and release the tank lid to the main housing when the recovery tank is supported by the main housing.
Polishing machine
A floor polishing machine for concrete includes a frame with an integrated hydraulic fluid tank, a hydraulic drive system, and a hydraulic pump vacuum system. Further, the machine provides a swivel polishing head that provides abutting contact with a floor and includes a floating ring and rubber skirts that seals the polishing head. The machine provides interchangeable wet and dry vacuum systems for collection of the slurry during wet operation and dust during dry operation. A support member inserts into a receiving sleeve for a choice of wet or dry option. A squeegee system attached to the rear of the apparatus collects slurry and operates to send the slurry to a collection tank. The squeegee lifts out of the way during dry operation.
FLOOR CLEANING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A FLOOR CLEANING MACHINE
The invention relates to a floor cleaning machine, including a floor head, at least one cleaning roller, which is arranged on the floor head, a tank device, which is arranged on the floor head, and at least one sweeping element, which is associated with the at least one cleaning roller. To provide a floor cleaning machine of that kind, which has an optimized coarse dirt pickup function, the at least one sweeping element is arranged on the tank device and that at least a partial region of the tank device on which the at least one sweeping element is arranged is movable relative to the floor head in a cleaning operation.
LIQUID STORAGE DEVICE AND CLEANING APPARATUS
A liquid storage device includes a first liquid storage structure, a second liquid storage structure, and a liquid guiding assembly. The second liquid storage structure is arranged inside the first liquid storage structure, and the second liquid storage structure is flexible and includes a variable volume. A space between a structural wall of the first liquid storage structure and a structural wall of the second liquid storage structure is configured to store a first liquid, and the second liquid storage structure is configured to store a second liquid. The second liquid is capable of flowing into or flowing out of the second liquid storage structure through the liquid guiding assembly.
DIRT COLLECTING BOX ASSEMBLY, MAINTENANCE STATION AND CLEANING SYSTEM
A dirt collecting box assembly includes a dirt collecting box and a separating device. The dirt collecting box defines a dirt inlet, an air outlet, and a cavity, and the cavity communicates between the dirt inlet and the air outlet. The separating device is installed in the cavity of the dirt collecting box and is close to a top of the cavity. The separating device communicates between the dirt inlet and the air outlet. The air outlet communicates a fan assembly, and the fan assembly is configured to generate negative pressure through the air outlet, such that waste water enters the separating device via the dirt inlet under the negative pressure, and enters the cavity of the dirt collecting box after solid-liquid separation of the separating device.
