SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR HOSPITALITY WATER CLEANSING AND MONITORING
An operating assembly for use with a sink or bathtub having at least one fluid-holding basin and a basin drain includes an actuator and a housing. The housing includes a plug structure at, or near, a bottom portion of the housing for selectively blocking the basin drain and a drain valve comprising an inlet adjacent a bottom portion of the housing controlled by the actuator to be in an open position or a closed position. The inlet of the drain valve is provided on a first side of the housing, and the outlet of the drain valve is provided on a second side of the housing opposite the first side and directs fluid into the plug structure. The plug structure mates with the basin drain to prevent fluid in the basin from escaping into the drain other than through the drain valve.
CONFIGURABLE COLLABORATIVE COMMUNAL CULINARY WORKSPACES
An off-counter tableware, cookware or utensils drying/storage space includes a mix of drawers and/or shelves distributed in upper and/or lower locations. The drawers and shelves allow water to evaporate off tableware, cookware or utensil which have been cleaned and placed in the drawer/shelf wet and also direct any water which does not evaporate to a collection point. In addition, a communal washing and/or rinsing station includes a primary washing and rinsing device with a default-spray nozzle. The station can include a high flow filling device and a filtered water faucet.
Collapsible household containers
Collapsible household containers having a foldable wall section with shape-retaining characteristics are disclosed. In particular, collapsible laundry baskets, buckets, colanders, dish drainers, and cups are provided. The folding region may include foldable tiers of a flexible material, each tier having at least one stable, relatively expanded position and at least one stable, relatively collapsed position; and an intervening, non-folding tier composed of a different, relatively rigid material.

System and method for hospitality water cleansing and monitoring
Systems and methods of making and using a sink device fitted with sensors that measure characteristics related to the water cleansing and maintenance of the sink and its turnover and communicate this data to a cloud-based system that automatically or remotely operates mechanisms that control soap dispensation, sanitizer dispensation, liquid level, water temperature and dispensation, water cleanliness (with or without soap or sanitizer in solution) and draining, as required for hospitality regulation compliance. Although three-compartment sinks are the primary subject matter used in the following examples to illustrate the features and functions of the systems and methods, the features and functions provided by the present disclosure may be adapted for use in other sinks, tubs, and the like.

VESSEL RINSING APPARATUS, DRAIN RECEPTACLE, INTERCHANGEABLE NOZZLE ASSEMBLY, AND FAUCET SYSTEM INCLUDING SAME
A vessel rinsing apparatus including a mounting base, a fluid discharge member including a plurality of nozzles, a valve member operably coupled to the fluid discharge member and configured to control water flow through the nozzles, and an escutcheon supported by the mounting base.
MANUAL DISHWASHER DEVICE AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLING SAME
A manual dishwasher device comprises a receptacle defining a top opening, a pair of sets of brush bristles each located along opposed inner longitudinal side surfaces of the top opening, with each set having their brush bristles extending oppositely laterally inwardly relative to one another, and a pair of support members extending longitudinally distally from opposed ends of the top opening for support of the device on opposed edge of a sink. The device may have its support members movable between an extended and a retracted position, and the pair of sets of brush bristles removably engaged along the side edges of the top opening. The sets of brush bristles and support members may cooperate to support the receptacle made entirely of flexible material.

Pivoting furniture
A rotatable galley includes a frame laterally rotatable between a first position and a second position, a pivot coupled to the frame such that the frame is rotatable with respect to the pivot, and a first linear actuator coupled between the frame and the pivot. The first linear actuator can be configured to extend to rotate the frame to the first position and retract to rotate the frame to the second position.
