CLEANER SHEET, LAYERED BODY OF CLEANER SHEET, CLEANING TOOL, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING CLEANER SHEET

Provided is, for example, a cleaner sheet including: a cleaning surface that is configured to be brought into sliding contact with a surface of an object to be cleaned. The cleaning surface has unevenness, and includes projections respectively having distal ends configured to be in sliding contact with the object to be cleaned when in use. The projections are constituted by a member formed to have the projections arranged at intervals from each other in a plane direction of the cleaning surface. The member has a hardness of 0.4 MPa or more measured by a nano-indentation method. The cleaning surface further includes adhesive recesses that have higher adhesive force than that of the member and are exposed on the cleaning surface.

A cleaning tool includes: an adhesive portion that adsorbs an object to be adsorbed and a film portion that includes the adhesive portion. The film portion includes a hole portion which expands in accordance with an external force applied to the film portion. The adhesive portion is exposed to the outside of the film portion via the hole portion in a case where the external force equal to or greater than a predetermined magnitude is applied to the film portion.

Cleaning device

A cleaning device having a frame and an elongated strip of cleaning material wound into a roll rotatably mounted on a roller support. A slave roller having a core and a cylindrical tube disposed over the core is mounted to the frame so that the slave roller is spaced and parallel to the roll. A torsion spring is secured to and between the core and the tube so that, as the tube rotates relative to the core, the spring is wound. The strip of cleaning material is wound in between the roll and slave roller so that, upon rotation of the first roller in a first rotational direction, the cleaning material is unwound from the slave roller onto the roll while simultaneously winding the torsion spring. Upon disengagement of the first roller from the cleaning surface, the torsion spring rotatably drives the slave roller and rewinds the portion of the strip around the tube.

Hard surface cleaning article comprising an adhesive

The present invention relates to articles for cleaning hard surfaces and in particular to remove large particles and hairs from large surfaces. The articles comprise an adhesive having specific Theological properties that provide increased efficacy in capturing and trapping large particles and hairs.

A debris capturing device includes a glove including an open end, a plurality of finger extensions including finger slots, and a thumb extension including a thumb slot. An adhesive pad is coupled to the glove. A removable pad cover is disposed on the adhesive pad. The removable pad cover is configured to expose an adhesive surface of the adhesive pad when removed. The adhesive surface faces away from the glove. The adhesive pad is dimensioned, shaped and positioned with respect to the glove to fold a distal end of the adhesive pad to contact a proximal end of the adhesive pad. The glove is dimensioned, shaped and positioned with respect to the adhesive pad to be inverted upon removal of the glove from a user's hand.

Multi-size Lint Roller Holder
20170325656 · 2017-11-16 ·

A lint roller holder having a pair of elongated housing parts. Each Housing part includes an elongated handle section and a cylindrical lint roller support section which is longitudinally adjacent to handle section. The housing parts are secured together in a facing relationship by screws tightening to the screw mounts located on both of the inner housing parts. To accommodate more than one size lint roll, attachments are necessary. One attachment consists of a tubular sleeve with an open end on one end and a closed end cap slightly larger than the sleeve on the other side containing a permanent locking clip. The sleeve is then slid longitudinally on to the roller support section to support a large lint roll. Another attachment consists of an expansion ring, which slides longitudinally over the roller support section and an end cap containing permanent locking clip, temporarily secured to end of support section to support a medium lint roll.

NON-CYLINDRICAL ADHESIVE ROLLER ASSEMBLY

An adhesive roller assembly is provided having a non-cylindrical roller. The non-cylindrical roller is rotatably affixed to a handle's distal end. In addition, adhesive tape is helically wrapped about the roller, and the adhesive tape includes perforations so as to facilitate the breaking of the adhesive tape into individual segments. Because the roller has a non-cylindrical circumferential surface, the adhesive tape is deformed to have a non-cylindrical exterior. The roller, and consequentially exterior of the adhesive tape, can take various forms. In preferred embodiments, the roller and tape exterior have a concave, convex, undulating, dimpled or bumpy surface. The adhesive tape is made of material providing increased elongation.

CURABLE ACRYLIC COMPOSITION, ACRYLIC TAPE, ACRYLIC RUBBER ROLL AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE ACRYLIC RUBBER ROLL

Disclosed is a method for preparing an acrylic rubber roll. The method includes mixing and stirring 50-77 wt % 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 2-10 wt % acrylic acid, 20-40 wt % 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate, and 0.1-0.5 wt % curing agent at room temperature to form a mixture; adding 0.1-0.2 wt % photoinitiator into the mixture, and continuing to stir until the photoinitiator is fully dissolved in order to form an acrylic composition; irradiating the acrylic composition with UV light to crosslink and cure the acrylic composition in order to obtain an acrylic tape; and cutting the acrylic tape according to a size of a plastic rubber roll shaft, and evenly sticking the acrylic tape to a freely-rotatable rubber roll while avoiding air bubbles so as to obtain the acrylic rubber roll.

Lint removing device

A device for removing lint, the device comprising: a housing; a roller for holding a roll of lint-removing material; wherein the roller and the roll of lint-removing material are dimensioned and configured to be housed by the housing, wherein the roller and housing are arranged such that the roller is deployable from the housing; and an actuator coupled with or formed by either the roller or the housing, the actuator being manipulate by a user to deploy the roller; and characterised in that the housing comprises a first element comprising a handle and a first housing portion and wherein the housing further comprises at least one rotatable housing portion which is rotatable with respect to the first housing portion in order to house or deploy the lint roller respectively.
