HAIR-CUTTING ROLLER BRUSH AND CLEANING DEVICE WITH REUSABLE DRIVE STRUCTURE
The present disclosure discloses a hair-cutting roller brush with a reusable drive structure, including a roller brush frame, a blade, and a rotating cylinder; the blade is arranged in the rotating cylinder, and while the rotating cylinder rotates, the rotating cylinder simultaneously drives the blade to reciprocate to cut hair through the drive structure; the roller brush frame has a first side and a second side; a part or all of the drive structure is arranged on the second side, and a sleeve hole is defined in the other end of the rotating cylinder being in axial sleeving connection with the part of the drive structure arranged on the second side; the axial sleeving connection is used to allow the other end of the rotating cylinder to be mounted on the second side in an axial direction; meanwhile one end of the rotating cylinder moves to be mounted on the first side along the axial direction with the axial sleeving connection; when the rotating cylinder is disassembled, the part of the drive structure arranged on the second side remains on the second side, and the rotating cylinder is disassembled in a direction opposite to the direction of the axial sleeving connection. The hair-cutting roller brush has a lower production cost. The present disclosure further discloses a cleaning device with the hair-cutting roller brush.
CLEANER
The present disclosure relates to a cleaner including a cleaner main body having a controller, a wheel cover mounted on the cleaner main body, a driving module coupled to the wheel cover to be movable up and down, a driving wheel coupled to the driving module and configured to be rotatable by receiving driving force from the driving module, a guide bar coupled to the wheel cover and provided in an up and down direction, the guide bar being inserted through the driving module to guide the upward and downward movement of the driving module, and an elastic member surrounding the guide bar and connected to the wheel cover and the driving module, respectively, to absorb impacts while the driving module is moved up and down.
WHEEL DRIVING DEVICE AND CLEANER ROBOT HAVING THE SAME
A wheel driving device includes: a motor rotating a shaft: an input gear fixed to the shaft; at least one transmission gear meshed with the input gear to transmit power of the motor; and a final gear meshed with the transmission gear and connected with a wheel via an axis to transmit the power from the transmission gear to the wheel. The wheel driving device includes an extraction gear meshed with the final gear or the transmission gear, and a power transmission part connected with the extraction gear to transmit the power from the extraction gear to a cleaner head.
Robot cleaner
A robot cleaner drives various brushes using a single motor. The robot cleaner includes a main body having a suction port, a main brush rotatably disposed in the suction port, an auxiliary brush rotatably disposed adjacent to the main brush and at least one side brush rotatably installed to move dust to the suction port, wherein the main brush, the auxiliary brush, and the at least one side brush are driven by a single motor in an interlocking fashion.
Power Head For Vacuum Systems
A power head for use with a vacuum system. The power head comprises a main body assembly, a brush assembly, and a latch system. The latch system detachably attaches the brush assembly to the main body assembly such that a main inlet portion of the main chamber is in fluid communication with a brush outlet and the battery is operatively connected to the motor. When the vacuum system is detachably attached to the main housing and the latch system detachably attaches the main housing to the brush housing, the vacuum system draws air through a brush inlet, a brush chamber, the brush outlet, the main inlet, a main chamber, and a main outlet and the battery supplies power to the motor such that the motor rotates the brush assembly relative to the brush housing.
Nozzle part and robot cleaner including same
A nozzle part and a robot cleaner including same are disclosed. A nozzle part according to various embodiments of the present invention comprises: a brush for collecting waste such as hair; and a removing member for removing the waste, such as hair, that is stuck to the brush. The removing member more quickly rotates than the brush in the same direction to remove the waste, such as hair, that is stuck to the brush. Therefore, the waste such as hair can be easily collected, removed and captured. Thus, user convenience can be improved.
DRIVE SYSTEM FOR A FLOOR CLEANER
Provided is a drive system for a floor cleaner including a motor, a cooling fan, a diffuser comprising a plurality of vanes arranged around a circumference of the diffuser, wherein the length of the vanes is non-uniform, and a longitudinally extending drive housing. The motor and the cooling fan are longitudinally disposed with respect to one another within the drive housing, and a drive output of the motor is configured to drive the cooling fan.
