Filtering devices for evacuation stations

A bag-based filtering device for collecting debris from a cleaning robot via a debris evacuation station includes a filter bag configured to separate at least the portion of the evacuated debris from a flow of air generated by the evacuation station. The filtering device includes a conduit extending inward from an opening of the filter bag into the receptacle. The conduit is configured to pneumatically connect a receptacle of the filtering device with an inlet of the filtering device to direct the flow of air generated by the evacuation station through the filter bag to separate at least the portion of the evacuated debris from the flow of air.

Bucket lid for auxiliary cyclone dust collector

A bucket lid for a cyclone dust collector is configured to fit onto a standard pail or bucket, with a circumferential rim forming an outer edge of the lid, a central mounting disk onto which the cyclone is mounted, and a series of baffles extending circumferentially around the lid between the mounting disk and the rim. These baffles extend downward into the bucket to interfere with swirl in the bucket from dust discharged from the cyclone. The baffles may be radial ribs alternating with ramped coffers. The lid may be formed of anti-static polypropylene.

STATION

A station for a cleaning device is provided. The station includes an accommodation chamber configured to be docked with the dust canister, a housing configured to have a dust bag disposed therein, a cover configured to open and close one region of the housing, a holder configured to be detachable to the dust bag and selectively communicate the dust bag with the accommodation chamber, and a lever configured to have one end disposed in one region of the housing and rotate in a first direction to selectively interfere with the cover. The lever rotates in a second direction opposite to the first direction to close the cover based on the dust bag being mounted on the holder and in communication with the accommodation chamber.

Cleaner

A cleaner capable of separating a dust separator from a main body and separating a dust container from the dust separator by using a button. The cleaner includes: a main body; a dust separator detachably coupled to the main body configured to separate dust contained in air; a dust container detachably coupled to the dust separator; and a button configured to separate the dust separator from the main body and separate the dust container from the dust separator, when the dust separator is separated from the main body.

Paint booth filter

A paint booth filter assembly has a housing defining an interior having a securable lid, a shop vacuum exhaust attachment point, and a device exhaust. The device exhaust is secured within the lid. Secured within the interior of the housing is a plurality of removable air filters, having different levels of filtration.

CLOSURE DEVICE, SYSTEM, PARTICLE COLLECTING ASSEMBLY, AND SUCTION DEVICE

A closure device for closing a particle capture volume, in particular a bag or a container, including an access element with an access element opening for providing an access to the particle capture volume, a closure slide which can be selectively displaced relative to the access element into a release position or into a closure position. In the release position the closure slide releases the access element opening and in the closure position closes the access element opening, and a locking mechanism for locking the closure slide in the closure position with respect to the access element, where the locking mechanism 6 for unlocking requires a defined unlocking element which is separate from the locking mechanism.

BUCKET VACUUM LID

Such a vacuum-interface lid may have the ability to adapt common containers to work with a vacuum system to safely intercept, collect, transport, and store materials with minimal handling provides. A vacuum-interface lid may include, but is not limited to: an output port couplable to a vacuum source; an intake port couplable to a material conduit; and a flange portion including a seal configured to engage a top rim of a container.

PARTICLE RECEIVING DEVICE, ARRANGEMENT AND METHOD FOR OPERATING AN ARRANGEMENT

A particle receiving device for attachment to a particle outlet of a vacuum cleaner and/or of a cyclone separator and for receiving separated particles, including: a particle receiving volume for receiving the particles, an access element with an access element opening through which the particles can be transported into the particle receiving volume, and a closure element. The access element is selectively displaceable relative to the closure element into a closure position in which the closure element closes access opening, or into an open position in which the closure element releases the access element opening.

VACUUM BAG WITH INLET GASKET AND CLOSURE SEAL
20210235948 · 2021-08-05 · ·

A vacuum filter bag includes an inlet flange and gasket and a plug. The inlet flange includes axial ribs and recesses which improve the seal between the inlet gasket and a vacuum inlet port and prevent accidental removal of the filter bag from the vacuum inlet port. The plug more securely closes the filter inlet opening after use of the filter bag. The filter bag reduces user exposure to dust and debris captured with a vacuum and is particularly suited for minimizing exposure to hazardous materials.
