ELECTROCARDIOGRAM ELECTRODE APPLICATION SYSTEM
20230026212 · 2023-01-26 ·

An electrocardiogram electrode application system includes electrodes that detect electrical signals connected by a single connecting wire and transmitters capable of wirelessly transmitting the detected electrical signals to a computing device for analysis.

IMD having a core circuitry support structure

A medical device includes a hybrid circuitry assembly and a core circuitry support structure. The core circuitry support structure includes a frame defining a cavity configured to receive at least a portion of the hybrid circuitry assembly. An outer surface of the frame is shaped to correspond to an inside surface of a core assembly housing configured to enclose the hybrid circuitry assembly and the core circuitry support structure.

WEARABLE ARTICLE, ELECTRONIC MODULE, SYSTEM AND METHOD
20230014669 · 2023-01-19 ·

A wearable article comprising: a first biosensor; an erasable and programmable memory configured to store information relating to the wearable article and/or the first biosensor; and an interface for connection to an electronic module. The interface is configured to permit the transfer of information between the memory and an electronic module connected to the interface. The electronic module is able to read information from the memory and write information to the memory via the interface. The memory may have a single-wire input-output interface. The information may comprise wearable article size information. The wearable article size information may be used to determine a compensation that should be performed to sensor data received from the wearable article to compensate for electrical properties of the wearable article.

Pre-connected analyte sensors

Pre-connected analyte sensors are provided. A pre-connected analyte sensor includes a sensor carrier attached to an analyte sensor. The sensor carrier includes a substrate configured for mechanical coupling of the sensor to testing, calibration, or wearable equipment. The sensor carrier also includes conductive contacts for electrically coupling sensor electrodes to the testing, calibration, or wearable equipment.

Blood pressure monitor attachment assembly

A blood pressure monitor configured to removably mount to a cuff in a substantially symmetrical position with respect to a width of the cuff can include a housing defining an interior, a first port, and a second port. The first port can: secure to a first prong of the cuff when the cuff is mounted in a first orientation; receive and secure to a second prong of the cuff when the cuff is mounted in a second orientation; and enable fluid communication between the interior and at least one of a first fluid passage within the first prong and a second fluid passage within the second prong. The second port can: secure to the second prong of the cuff when the cuff is mounted in the first orientation; and receive and secure to the first prong of the cuff when the cuff is mounted in the second orientation.

INSTRUMENT AND SUPPLYING APPARATUS OR APPARATUS GROUP AND METHOD FOR OPERATION THEREOF

Instruments having plugs with data carriers containing codes identifiable as being correlated. The codes can be individual identifiers that are individually provided to the plugs. If plugs identical in construction of instruments of identical types are connected with apparatus or an apparatus group, e.g., a first plug of a used instrument and a second and third plug of a new instrument that replace the used instrument, the three inserted plugs are determined as not being part of the same instrument and an operation of the apparatus and thus the instruments is blocked.

PHARMA-INFORMATICS SYSTEM

An apparatus that includes a partial power source including a first material and a second material, the partial power source configured to generate, upon contact with a conducting medium, a potential difference between the first material and the second material to provide power to a control device, and generate, using the first material and the second material, a current flow within the conducting medium, the current flow including information encoded based on a variable conductance between the first material and the second material.

Pulse oximeter access apparatus and method

Access is provided to certain pulse oximetry systems utilizing a keyed sensor and a corresponding locked sensor port of a restricted access monitor. In such systems, the keyed sensor has a key comprising a memory element, and the monitor has a memory reader associated with the sensor port. The monitor is configured to function only when the key is in communications with the locked sensor port, and the memory reader is able to retrieve predetermined data from the memory element. The monitor is accessed by providing the key separate from the keyed sensor, integrating the key into an adapter cable, and connecting the adapter cable between the sensor port and an unkeyed sensor so that the monitor functions with the unkeyed sensor.

ORTHODONTIC BRACES AND FEET ORTHOTICS WITH BACKSCATTER BASED SENSORS
20220409342 · 2022-12-29 ·

Inventions herein include at least mostly optically clear orthodontic braces and feet orthotics (collectively referred to as “appliances”) with backscatter based sensors. These two categories of appliances share a common property requiring that the given appliance must be correctly custom manufactured to fit a patient's own particular geometry and dimensions of their teeth and/or feet in order to perform as intended. Incorporating such appliances with backscatter based sensors enables simple, easy, fast, efficient, and cost effective measurements, in real-time or near real-time, of stresses, forces, structural changes, and/or the like in the given appliance; which in turn can aid in determining if adjustments or re-manufacture of the appliance may be needed or desired; and/or wherein such measurements may aid in evaluating performance of the given appliance. In some embodiments, such measurements may also be taken remotely away from a practitioner; and then communicated to a remotely located practitioner.

SYSTEMS, DEVICES, AND METHODS FOR PHYSIOLOGICAL PARAMETER ANALYSIS AND RELATED GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACES

A method can include receiving, using one or more processors, a first record including a first data associated with a personal identification from a first database, receiving, using the one or more processors, a second record including a second data associated with a user identification from a second database, pairing, using the one or more processors, the first data and the second data based upon a shared data item contained in the first record and the second record, and displaying, using one or more processors, a report based upon the first data and the second data.
