Tail pressing type disposable safety lancet

A tail pressing type disposable safety lancet includes a shell, a lancet core, a spring and tail cover. The shell has an elastic arm for locking the lancet core, wherein: the tail cover has an active locking part for locking and the elastic arm has a passive locking part for locking correspondingly; the positions, the fitting time of the active locking part and the passive locking part correlate with the active and passive unlocking parts; when the tail cover is pressed during use, it forces the lancet core to unlock for ejection and puncturing, and the tail cover and elastic arm enter the locking state and cannot be used again. After use of the safety lancet, the tail cover permanently locks on the elastic arm of the shell, ensuring the safety of single use, and the user visually recognizes the tail cover is retracted at the tail of the shell.

A pressing type disposable safety lancet with spring pilot structure consists of a shell, a lancet core, a spring and a trigger. The spring with a pilot structure at the outside makes the elastic force of the spring act along the ejection direction of the lancet core; the locking mechanism is formed by the cooperation of the elastic clamp at the tail of the trigger and the lancet core; the unlocking mechanism is formed by the front of pilot structure and the end of the elastic clamp through the unlocking bevel; when it's pressed during the use, the trigger moves backwards in the shell, the front of the pilot structure forces the end of the elastic clamp to open under the action of the unlocking bevel, and the lancet core is fired for puncturing under the action of the spring after the hook unhooks from the locking critical point.

SAMPLING ASSEMBLY

An assembly for sampling bodily fluid, the assembly comprising a membrane penetration device comprising a membrane penetrating element for penetrating a bodily membrane to release a bodily fluid; and, a collector configured in a collection position to take up the released bodily fluid and retain the fluid for delivery to a test element.

TAIL PRESSING TYPE DISPOSABLE SAFETY LANCET

The lancet device includes a housing and a lancet having a puncturing element. The lancet is disposed within the housing and is adapted for axial movement between an initial or pre-actuated position wherein the puncturing element is retained within the housing, and a puncturing position wherein the puncturing element extends through a forward opening in the housing. The lancet device includes a drive spring disposed within the housing for biasing the lancet toward the puncturing position, and a retraction or return spring for returning the lancet to a position within the housing where the puncturing element is disposed within the housing. The retraction spring thereafter maintains engagement with the lancet to assist in preventing the puncturing element from again projecting outward from the forward opening in the housing.

Skin pricking device

A skin pricking device includes a housing having an opening formed in a proximal end thereof; a spring mounted lancet including a needle within a casing having body and cap parts, interconnected by a separable coupling. The cap part has a cap projecting through the opening allow a user to grip and remove the cap. The device further includes a trigger for firing the lancet. Turning the cap part moves the entire lancet, engaging a trigger stop surface on the distal body part of the lancet with a trigger catch and further biasing the trigger to block the lancet. Further turning of the cap part over a second angle relative to the housing causes the cap part to move in a proximal direction by a further, second distance, thereby axially separating the cap part from the body part, whereby the cap part can then be removed from the device.

Contact Activated Lancet Device

A lancet device including a housing and a lancet structure having a puncturing element. The lancet structure disposed within the housing and adapted for movement between a retaining or pre-actuated position wherein the puncturing element is retained within the housing, and a puncturing position wherein the puncturing element extends through a forward end of the housing. The lancet device includes a drive spring disposed within the housing for biasing the lancet structure toward the puncturing position, and a retaining hub retaining the lancet structure in the retracted position against the bias of the drive spring. The retaining hub includes a pivotal lever in interference engagement with the lancet structure. An actuator within the housing pivots the lever, thereby moving the lancet structure toward the rearward end of the housing to at least partially compress the drive spring, and releasing the lever from interference engagement with the lancet structure.

ACTIVATION AND RETRACTION MECHANISM FOR LANCING DEVICES

An activation/retraction mechanism for a lancing device comprising a pusher (10; 20; 30; 40; 50) comprising a first biasing member arranged to displace the pusher in a distal direction; and a lancet holder comprising a lancet for penetrating the skin of a subject, and a second biasing member arranged to displace the lancet holder in a proximal direction; wherein the lancet holder and the pusher are arranged in a housing of the lancing device in such a way that a distal end of the pusher engages a proximal end of the lancet holder to push the lancet holder in a distal direction when the first biasing member displaces the pusher distally. The distal end of the pusher and the proximal end of the lancet holder are arranged to disengage from each other when the pusher has been displaced dis-tally a predetermined length from its initial position, whereby the lancet holder may re-turn to its initial position under influence of the second biasing member.
