The present invention additionally relates to a drug delivery system for dosing a subject in response to the increased severity of a subject's symptoms. The present invention provides for a system and method, which can accurately and repeatably quantify symptoms of movements disorders, accurately quantifies symptoms utilizing both kinetic information and/or electromyography (EMG) data, that can be worn continuously to provide continuous information to be analyzed as needed by the clinician, that can provide analysis in real-time, that allows for home monitoring of symptoms in subject's with these movement disorders to capture the complex fluctuation patterns of the disease over the course of days, weeks or months, that maximizes subject safety, and that provides substantially real-time remote access to data by the clinician or physician.

SYSTEMS AND METHOD OF PRECISION FUNCTIONAL MAPPING-GUIDED INTERVENTIONAL PLANNING

A method of performing personalized neuromodulation on a subject is provided. The method includes acquiring functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data of a brain of the subject. The method also includes calculating functional connectivity of the brain between a voxel in a subcortical region of the brain and a voxel in a cortical region of the brain, based on the fMRI data. The method also includes identifying a target location in the brain to be targeted by neuromodulation based on the calculated functional connectivity.

Portable brain and vision diagnostic and therapeutic system

A portable wireless neuromonitoring device can be used to diagnose and/or treat conditions of the brain and vision system. The device includes a sensor unit mountable on the head of a human subject and capable of recording signals from the brain in EEG and/or EFEG (electric field encephalography) mode, and the device can be used for simultaneous stimulus display and recording with latency of less than 1 millisecond. The device also includes electrodes that allow rapid set-up and measurement with low impedance contact with the scalp. The device can also be used in conjunction with virtual reality or alternate reality environments.

Systems and methods for measuring behavior changes of processes

The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for characterizing a behavior change of a process. A behavior model that can include a set of behavior parameters can be generated based on behavior data characterizing a prior behavior change of a process. A stimulus parameter for a performance test can be determined based on the set of behavior parameters. An application of the performance test to the process can be controlled based on the stimulus parameter to provide a measure of behavior change of the process. Response data characterizing one or more responses associated with the process during the performance test can be received. The set of behavior parameters can be updated based on the response data to update the behavior model characterizing the behavior change of the process. In some examples, the behavior model can be evaluated to improve or affect a future behavior performance of the process.

Methods and systems for analyzing brain lesions with longitudinal 3D MRI data

Some methods of analyzing one or more brain lesions of a patient comprise, for each of the lesion(s), calculating one or more lesion characteristics from a first 3-dimensional (3D) representation of the lesion obtained from data taken at a first time and a second 3D representation of the lesion obtained from data taken at a second time that is after the first time. The characteristic(s) can include a change, form the first time to the second time, in the lesion's volume and/or surface area, the lesion's displacement from the first time to the second time, and/or the lesion's theoretical radius ratio at each of the first and second times. Some methods comprise characterizing whether the patient has multiple sclerosis and/or the progression of multiple sclerosis in the patient based at least in part on the calculation of the lesion characteristic(s) of each of the lesion(s).

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DISEASE DIAGNOSIS

The present disclosure provides systems and methods for diagnosing disease. In some aspects, an imaging system is provided that includes a light source configured to illuminate a retina of the eye with light, one or more imaging devices configured to receive light returned from the retina to generate one or more spatial-spectral images of the retina, and a computing device configured to receive the one or more spatial-spectral images of the retina, evaluate the one or more spatial-spectral images, and identify one or more biomarkers indicative of a neurogenerative pathology.

The present invention relates to a quantitative electroencephalogram (QEEG) monitor and system capable of monitoring and displaying simultaneously neuropathological characteristic and activity of both sides of a subject's brain. The methods include various indices and examination of differences in these indices by which neurophysiological conditions or problems can be identified and treated. These methods, and the systems and devices using these methods preferably can be used for identifying these neurophysiological conditions or brain dysfunction with monitors and methods for seizure detection, for sedation monitoring, for anesthesia monitoring, and the like. These bilateral brain monitoring methods and systems, and the devices using these methods can be used by individuals or clinicians with little or no training in signal analysis or processing. These bilateral monitoring methods can also be used in a range of applications.
