Medical image diagnosis apparatus and controlling method
A medical image diagnosis apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a gantry, one or more columns, a processing circuitry, and, and a supporting and moving mechanism. The gantry includes an imaging system related to imaging a patient. The one or more columns are each configured to support the gantry so as to be movable in a vertical direction. The processing circuitry generates an image on the basis of an output from the imaging system. The supporting and moving mechanism is configured to support the patient from underneath, while being installed so as to be movable in a direction intersecting the moving direction of the gantry. The processing circuitry controls the moving of the supporting and moving mechanism.
Patient sitting equipment for radiotherapy
Patient sitting equipment for radiotherapy, including an installation platform, a treatment couch assembly, a support and adjustment assembly and a 3D imaging assembly. The treatment couch assembly is configured to fix a patient. The support and adjustment assembly is configured to adjust a position of the treatment couch assembly with respect to the installation platform. The 3D imaging assembly includes a column assembly and a 3D imaging device. The column assembly is arranged at the installation platform, and extends along the vertical direction. The 3D imaging device is movably arranged at the column assembly, and is corresponding to the treatment couch assembly in a horizontal projection direction. The 3D imaging device is configured to scan the patient.
Body section imaging apparatus
There are provided a gantry with an opening having a central axis inclined so that the opening is directed obliquely downward, a chair disposed obliquely below the gantry, and having an inclined surface for supporting a patient M so that the central axis of the opening and a body axis A of the patient M become parallel, and a chair moving mechanism for driving at least one of the gantry and the chair to insert the patient M into the opening parallel to the central axis of the opening of the gantry. Thus, images can be picked up of the patient M in a comfortable position safely and efficiently.
PATIENT POSITIONING APPARATUS
Disclosed is a patient positioning assembly for orientating a patient with respect to a radiation source. The patient positioning assembly includes a translatable member movable in a vertical direction between a vertically downwards first position and a vertically upwards second position. The patient positioning assembly further includes a patient support assembly mounted to the translatable member and adapted to rotate relative to the translatable member about a vertical axis. The patient support assembly is configurable between a first orientation, which sustains the patient in a seated position, and a second orientation, which sustains the patient in a generally standing position.
PATIENT POSITIONING SYSTEM
Provided herein is technology relating to medical imaging and radiation therapy and particularly, but not exclusively, to devices, methods, and systems for positioning a patient with respect to a radiation source to image the patient and/or to treat the patient by exposing the patient to a radiation beam produced by the radiation source.
Breast tomography apparatus and control method
A breast tomography apparatus includes a gantry incorporating a radiation source and a radiation detector and a breast insert portion which is provided in the gantry and in which the breast as an imaging target is to be inserted. The breast tomography apparatus detects contact between an object and the gantry by using at least one contact detection sensor arranged on the gantry, and determines the insert condition of the breast into the breast insert portion based on the detection of contact between the object and the gantry by the contact detection sensor.
Apparatus and method for providing patient imaging
A method of providing imaging of a patient supported by a patient support platform arranged to be rotated about a first patient rotation axis by a patient rotation angle, the method constituted of: rotating an imager about an imager rotation axis by the patient rotation angle; translating the imager along a first imager translation axis; and translating the imager along a second imager translation axis different than the first imager translation axis, wherein responsive to the translation of the imager along the first imager translation axis and along the second imager translation axis, the imager is translated along an imaging axis defined by the patient support platform such that the imager is arranged to image the patient supported by the patient support platform.
Medical X-ray CT photography apparatus using positional shift based on rotation angle
A medical X-ray CT photography apparatus body includes a turning arm that supports an X-ray generator and an X-ray detector while the X-ray generator and the X-ray detector are opposed to each other with the subject interposed therebetween, a bracket part that fixedly supports an axial center position of a turning shaft provided in the turning arm, and a support drive part that turns the turning arm about the turning shaft with respect to the bracket part. The medical X-ray CT photography apparatus body also includes a subject chair on which the subject sits, a chair moving mechanism that linearly moves the subject chair in a front-back direction (Y-axis direction) of the subject, and a main-body controller that performs the panoramic X-ray photography by controlling the chair moving mechanism and the support drive part in conjunction with each other.
IMAGING SYSTEM GANTRY AND PATIENT DRAPE
An imaging system gantry and patient drape includes a gantry first outer sidewall covering portion biased into a deployed shape and collapsible, a gantry inner wall covering portion extending inward of the gantry first outer sidewall covering portion, and a patient envelope portion. One or more retainers secure a portion of the drape to the gantry. In some versions, one or more drape portions rotate with the gantry and one or more other drape portions do not rotate with the gantry.
COMPLEX SPINE-INSPECTION SUPPORT APPARATUS CAPABLE OF MULTI POSTURE CORRECTION
Disclosed herein is a complex spine-inspection support apparatus capable of multi-posture correction, which can apply various acting forces in a longitudinal direction of a spine while stably maintaining a patient's posture, can transmit a constant bending force to the left and right, thus facilitating accurate and various inspections, and can observe a spinal disc ligament varying depending on a posture. The present invention provides a spine-inspection support apparatus for supporting a patient's posture in equipment including a spine inspection, the apparatus including an apparatus bed configured to allow a patient to lie on an upper surface thereof; a lower-body support unit movably provided on a first end of the apparatus bed in a longitudinal direction of the apparatus bed to come into close contact with a patient's buttocks and configured to allow a leg region to be seated in an “L” shape; a lower-body support unit driving means provided on the first end of the apparatus bed to linearly move the lower-body support unit; a leg holding means provided on the lower-body support unit to hold the patient's leg region; an upper-body support means provided on the apparatus bed to support and hold the patient's upper body; and a control panel for controlling an operation of the lower-body support unit driving means.
