A penile vein-pressing erection promoter includes a main body, a sliding member, a first fixing member, a second fixing member, and a second ring portion. The main body includes a first ring portion. The sliding member, the first fixing member, and the second fixing member are mounted to the main body. The second ring portion is connected to the second fixing member. The first ring portion is used to trap the glans retro-coronal sulcus and the sliding member is use to block returning blood of the glans sinusoids. The first fixing member and the second fixing member block returning blood of the penile cavernous sinusoids through the deep dorsal vein and the cavernosal veins of penis. The second ring portion is used to trap the penile base and thus enlarge the penile volume.

A system for the treatment of erectile dysfunction includes a pubic pad devised to be worn upon the pubis of a user in conjunction with an inflatable constriction member. The pubic pad creates a mated, airtight seal with the mouth of a vacuum tube. The inflatable constriction member may be inflated via an air tube accommodated within a transverse duct in the pad. Inflation of the constriction member is therefore enabled while the vacuum is instated and after tumesecnce is induced, to sustain maximum engorgement before the vacuum is released. Once the ring is inflated, the vacuum may to be released, the pad removed, leaving the constriction ring in place upon the erect penis to sustain the erection during intercourse.

A device for remodeling a penis, comprising a generally cylindrical hollow assembly having a lumen extending between proximal and distal ends, the distal end being in communication with the lumen to facilitate insertion of the penis into the lumen, the generally cylindrical structure having an interior surface facing the lumen and an exterior surface facing away from the lumen, a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction, the transverse direction being orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, the generally cylindrical assembly adapted to snugly and resiliently grip the penis, and includes an elastic fabric with one or more regions reinforced with a plastically deformable member.

An anatomical ring device for attachment to a penis includes a closed ring body defining an interior opening that is shaped and sized to receive a penis. The ring body may include two or more high-stretch sections separating two or more low-stretch sections of the ring body. The low-stretch sections may include a material that is substantially less stretchable than a material that comprises the high-stretch sections. The low-stretch sections may include two or more stiffeners disposed in the ring body. The high-stretch sections may include areas of the ring body that are situated between the stiffeners.

A wearable device with constriction elements for treatment of erectile dysfunction includes a sheath member having a proximal annual section and a distal annular section configured to tautly engage around a user's penis. At least one channel is disposed within at least one longitudinal section disposed interconnecting the proximal and distal annular sections. The at least one channel is disposed to accommodate one or more of an elongate rod member, at least one vibratory unit, or introduction of compressed air forcibly introduced therein to rigidify and mechanically support the wearer's penis. At least one inflatable constriction ring is disposed seatable into the proximal and/or distal constriction ring to target penile blood vessels and prevent blood loss therefrom. A vibratory sleeve is also included, devised to assist in inducing an erection by manual application around a user's penis and mechanical action of a plurality of elongate vibratory units disposed therein.

A constrictor ring made of a flexible but resistant material adapted to surround the entire base circumference of the penis tightly, acting in this way as a constrictor device that prevents blood from escaping from the penis, thus maintaining the erection, wherein the constrictor ring has an adjuster to adjust the diameter of the ring; a grip that allows the user to firmly push the constrictor ring towards the pubic joint in a precise position and with a sleeve made of a rigid material that surrounds the ring in a position that matches the urethra when the ring is correctly placed, thus protecting the urethra against possible damage when the ring is adjusted.

An erectile dysfunction treatment system and method of use comprises a kit having a medical-grade plastic main cylinder having a proximal end and a distal end; three angled medical-grade plastic proximal end attachments, the medical-grade plastic proximal end attachments having a zero, forty-five and ninety degree angle, with each angled medical grade plastic proximal end having a fitted opening, the fitted opening capable of creating a sealing flange configured to be sealably held against the pubic area immediately surrounding a penis with the opposite end being attachable to the proximal end of the medical-grade plastic main cylinder; at least one medical-grade plastic weighted distal end attachment, the medical-grade plastic weighted distal end attachment being attachable to the medical-grade plastic main cylinder opposite to the proximal end; and at least one vacuum line attachment and quick release valve connected to the main cylinder.

A device for treatment of erectile dysfunction is disclosed herein. The device has a stretchable ring to retract and maintain the foreskin of the penis a throughout sexual activity, and a stretchable tether coupled to the ring. An anchor end of the tether is mountable at a tailbone of the user, causing the tether to pull on the ring. The device is operative to increase the length of the sliding interface of the penis during sexual activity. The device operative to stimulate the stretch-sensitive nerve endings of the foreskin before and during sexual activity. The device increases stimulation of the sensitive nerve endings of the glans during sexual activity. The device retains blood within the penis upon erection, increasing the ability of the user to maintain an erection for a longer period and to achieve an erection more reliably. The device further increases the appearance of a larger penis.
