TOUCH-FREE, VOICE-ASSISTANT, AND/OR TRACKING SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR AUTOMATING ROSTER GENERATION AND TRACKING OF CHILD EVENTS
20220180861 · 2022-06-09 ·

Touch-free, voice-assistant, and/or tracking systems and methods are described for automating roster generation and tracking of child event data. In various aspects, the touch-free, voice-assistant, and/or tracking systems and methods comprise receiving, by one or more processors, one or more name values corresponding to one or more children of a childcare program associated with at least one physical childcare location. A roster is generated based on a count of the one or more name values. Child event data is received comprising information related to a childcare event. The child event data is based on audible input of a user as received via a voice command interface of a voice-assistant application (app) as implemented on a voice assistance device. The childcare roster may be updated based on the child event data.

Incontinence detection optimization using directional wicking

An incontinence detection pad for detecting incontinence events includes a moisture absorbent layer that has non-embossed areas and embossed areas. The non-embossed areas have a first density of fibers of the layer, and the embossed areas have a second density of fibers of the layer that is greater than the first density. The incontinence detection pad further includes a plurality of electrodes positioned beneath the moisture absorbent layer and a transmitter connected to the plurality of electrodes and configured to transmit a signal indicative of a status of the moisture absorbent layer.

An emergency hemostatic head trauma bandage cap with a strap system and method of use, which, when applied to the head, delivers minimal pressure to control bleeding, doesn't compromise cervical spine immobilization, allows for fast and effective application of cold packs and other cooling materials to control intracranial/internal swelling, or hot packs to prevent hypothermia in non-trauma situations, doesn't come apart during treatment and transport, and doesn't require a caregiver to re-wrap the dressing.

Child sanitary napkin method and apparatus

The embodiments disclose an apparatus including a child sanitary napkin including a disposable child sanitary napkin underwear, wherein the child sanitary napkin includes a waterproof non porous outer layer, an adhered superabsorbent polymer layer, an odor absorbing activated charcoal pad layer with a soft cotton covering layer, an imprinted product barcode and an embedded RFID chip for tracking the child via a digital device cellular connection, wherein the child sanitary napkin includes a shape contoured to a female anatomical groin area, wherein the child sanitary napkin includes flared front and rear terminus areas to increase an adhesive bonding area, wherein the child sanitary napkin includes sizes conforming to children's clothing and age sizes, and age appropriate decorative images including stickers to apply to the child sanitary napkin outer surface.

Smart bandage for electrochemical monitoring and sensing using fabric-integrated data modulation

Systems and methods for a low-cost smart textile electronic (tex-tronic) useful for wound healing assessment are provided. Data collection can be accomplished by reflection of the modulated wound-data to an interrogator. The RF modulation of the data can be done by a textile-based voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) that takes the electric signal provided by electrochemical sensing of the uric acid found in the wound fluid. The low-cost smart textile electronic uses low-cost materials and is easy to manufacture and use by any patient or medical professional.

Transdermal therapeutic system comprising an electronic component

Transdermal therapeutic systems are described which have at least one electronic component, as well as methods for producing this type of transdermal therapeutic systems.
