NURSING BED FOR DEFECATION AND SELF-CLEANING
A nursing bed for defecation and self-cleaning comprises a bed frame, a bed board device, a moveable cushion, a support frame, a bedpan, an excreta container; The bedpan is hung under the movable cushion through a support frame. When the patient wants to defecate, the patient only needs to remove a cushion and make the bedpan mouth of the bedpan facing the defecation hole of the moveable cushion, then the patient can defecate on the nursing bed; and further having a cleaning device a warm water supply device, using an electric heater to heat the cleaning water to an appropriate temperature to clean the patient's buttocks, thereby reducing the infection of germs, and also cleaning the excrement that attached to the bedpan to keeps the bedpan clean.
Patient support apparatus transport handle
A patient support apparatus includes a frame. A vertical transport structure may be coupled with the frame. A grip is coupled with the vertical transport structure and at least one grip sensor is coupled to the grip on the vertical transport structure. A controller determines a vertical position of a user applied force applied to the at least one grip sensor and the controller activates a power drive mode upon determining that the push force has reached a threshold value corresponding to the vertical position of the user applied force and propel patient support apparatus.
Hospital bed equipment holder
A latex-free, disposable, transparent carrier includes pockets for holding patient and hospital personnel items to provide more table space and reduce clutter.
Drainage Bag Height Actuator
Disclosed herein is a system, apparatus and method directed to automated adjustment of a positioning of a drainage bag based on at least an amount of tension within a tubing extending from the drainage bag. The system, apparatus and method pertain to an automated drainage bag actuation system that includes at least a first railing, a control box coupled to the first railing and configured to receive mounting fasteners that couple a drainage bag to the control box, the control box including a tension load cell sensor, a first motor, and circuitry electrically coupled to the first motor and the tension load cell sensor. The circuitry is configured to receive data from the tension load cell sensor indicating an amount of tension in tubing extending from the drainage bag and transmit one or more electrical signals to activate the first motor causing adjustment of a positioning of the drainage bag.
Electrically Active Hospital Bed Caddy with Adjustable Mobile Device Mount and Cable Harness
A representative embodiment of a hospital bed caddy is disclosed, comprising: a housing having a base panel with a first opening and one or more side panels coupled to the base panel to form a plurality of compartments, including first and second compartments; a bed rail attachment; a plurality of electrical interfaces arranged in the second compartment; a plurality of electrical cables arranged in the first opening, with each electrical cable coupled within the second compartment to a corresponding electrical interface; and a cable harness or sheath coupled around the plurality of electrical cables. A cover panel may be included, with the cover panel separating the second compartment from the first compartment, and with the electrical interfaces being user-accessible from within the first compartment. Various embodiments may also include one or more slots in the various panels and a moveable extension arm with a mobile device mount.
Mechanical Lifts and Related Methods of Lifting Medical Fluid Containers
A mechanical lift includes a housing defining a series of vertical adjustment notches, an adjustment block disposed within the housing, a hook extending from the adjustment block and configured to support a hanging load, a stopper supported by the adjustment block and movable between retracted and extended positions, and a spring disposed within the housing and exerting an upward force against the adjustment block to mechanically lift the adjustment block and the hook extending therefrom from a first vertical position at a first notch of the series of vertical adjustment notches to a second notch of the series of vertical adjustment notches when the stopper is in the retracted position. In the retracted position, the stopper is disengaged from the housing. In the extended position, the stopper is engaged with a selected notch to lock a vertical position of the adjustment block and the hook extending therefrom.
Patient Support Apparatus With An Accessory Support
The present disclosure provides a coupling system for coupling a medical accessory to an accessory support is provided. The present disclosure also provides a system for powering a medical accessory with an accessory support.
Patient control arm with phone dock and head-of-bed lockout
A patient control unit for controlling functions of a hospital bed includes a housing having a first side that includes a plurality of user inputs to control the functions of the hospital bed. The housing has a second side that includes a dock to secure a handheld phone in place on the housing. A hospital bed has a head-of-bed angle (HOBA) lockout selector that is used to signal a controller to prevent a head section of the bed from being moved below a threshold.
Patient transport platform and mobile medical equipment connector smart device
A device for selectively connecting mobile medical equipment, such as an IV pole, to a patient transport platform such that the medical equipment and patient transport platform can move together, thus providing a patient mobility while maintaining the patient's connection to the mobile medical equipment and therefore eliminating the necessity to disconnect an existing medical equipment (such as IV pole) and transfer the patient to a new medical equipment, while also allowing monitoring of patient movement and activity via electronics in the device.
Systems and methods for mounting medical equipment
Systems, devices and methods are described for mounting medical equipment on IV poles, bed rails and other supporting structures in medical facilities including operating rooms and critical care sections. A system including a mounting hanger and corresponding equipment housing is disclosed that allows quick mounting and dismounting of equipment from a supporting structure. The novel structural design of mounting hanger including a symmetrical t-slot feature and a plunger lock allows a piece of equipment to be mounted on a supporting structure in multiple orientations as per the requirement which allows a user to optimize the placement of equipment in the medical environment.
