A system and method for a sexual aid device having a sheath in which to dispose the penis of the first and second users and an apparatus to affix the sheath around the penis of the first user to prevent it from sliding off, a ring that may be placed around the genitals, and a garment which is attached to the sheath and/or ring and placed around the waist, legs, or other body part.

An apparatus for screening, treatment, monitoring and/or assessment of visual impairments, comprising electronic means for simultaneously applying two separate and unrelated processing methods to images presented to a patient's eyes: a first processing method being applied to an non-amblyopic eye (the eye with the better vision), and a second processing method being applied to an amblyopic eye (the weaker eye, or the impaired eye). A method for screening, treatment, monitoring and/or assessment of visual impairments, comprising: a. defining a starting point, wherein differences between a patient's eyes are completely, or as closely as practically possible, corrected, to enable two identical or similar images to be transferred to the brain from the patient's eyes; b. defining an ending point, wherein there is no correction applied to any of the patient's eyes; c. defining a screening, treatment, monitoring and/or assessment plan, for initially applying correction to images according to the starting point, then gradually reducing the correction, at a controlled and predetermined rate, towards the ending point; and d. applying the plan to images presented to the patient's eyes, while monitoring patient's performance.

A massage accessory for use with an electric toothbrush has a body and a coupling mechanism. The electric toothbrush has a body, and a shaft configured to generate an oscillating movement. The coupling mechanism is configured to couple the massage accessory to the shaft of the electric toothbrush. The body of the accessory has a base at a proximal end of the body, a head at or near a distal end of the body, and a flexible region between the base and the head. A tremor stabilization apparatus, for example for helping to stabilize tremors of user with Parkinson's Disease or Essential Tremor. The tremor stabilization apparatus has a housing that is attachable to a part of a user's body and a rotatable flywheel assembly mounted to the housing. The rotatable flywheel assembly includes a rotatable flywheel, a prime mover arranged to rotate the flywheel about a flywheel rotation axis, and a gimbal to which the flywheel is attached. The gimbal is pivotally mounted to the housing at a hinge formed between the gimbal and the housing and defining a precession axis such that the flywheel can precess with respect to the housing about the precession axis. The precession axis is fixed relative to the housing. The tremor stabilization apparatus further includes a biasing member arranged to oppose precession of the rotatable flywheel assembly and urge the rotatable flywheel assembly to an equilibrium position.
