The present invention is a method and device for inducing or promoting a meditative state.

A method and apparatus that affect vacuum to massage a volume of the skin and one or more types of skin treatment energies coupled to the massaged volume to treat the skin and subcutaneous adipose tissue and produce a desired treatment effect. The method and apparatus are based on coupling an array or a number of arrays being an assembly of skin treatment units with each skin treatment unit including a hollow cavity and a number of different energy to skin applying elements operative to receive skin treatment energy from a source of such energy and couple or apply the received energy to a treated segment of skin.

A mask member which fits over a portion of the face of a user. A retaining member holds the mask in place on the user's head. Eye portions allow the user to see while wearing the mask. A treatment mechanism is positioned on an interior surface of the mask for skin treatment including treatment around the eyes. A control mechanism controls the treatment mechanism.

An exercise apparatus may include a first horizontal bar, a second horizontal bar, a titled body supporting unit, a supporting assembly and an adjusting unit. In one embodiment, both the first horizontal bar and second horizontal bar are located at a rear portion of the exercise equipment, so the user can fully extend his arms and stretch the back muscle and cervical spine when grasping the horizontal bar. The adjusting unit is used to adjust the titled angle of the titled body supporting unit. The user can hold either the first or second horizontal bar and lay the body on top of the titled body supporting unit, such that the titled body supporting unit can sustain a substantial portion of the user's weight to enable the user to lift the body with the arms holding on the horizontal bar, even though the user is elder or overweight.

An apparatus for stretching comprises a body holder for connecting to a support device. The body holder includes a body support panel for receiving an upper portion of a torso of a user, a left arm holder for receiving a left arm, and a right arm holder for receiving a right arm, and a body holder closing device. The left arm holder and the right arm holder are pivotally connected to the body support panel. The body support panel can have a curved surface to approximate a part of the torso. The left arm holder can have a flat or curved surface to approximate a left side of the torso and at least a portion of left arm. The right arm holder can have a flat or curved surface to approximate at least a right side of the torso and at least a portion of right arm.

An ergonomic massage chair is configured with back and bottom structures held up by a pair of legs. The various support bars and structure of the ergonomic massage chair may be comprised of, in typical implementations, metal, but plastic and other suitable structures are also possible. The back structure has perimeter support bars that form the base of the back support, and horizontal support bars extend from a left perimeter support bar to a right perimeter support bar. The bottom structure likewise has a perimeter support bar that forms the structure of the bottom. A horizontal support bar extends from a left perimeter support bar to a right perimeter support bar. A cover having memory foam pillows therein encapsulates the chair to provide users with customized setups that suit them.
