A receptacle is designed for a chamber for an active substance. The receptacle includes two main elements. A first element is a transverse wall with a first main side facing an interior of the chamber, and a peripheral wall formed with the first main side of the transverse wall. A second element includes a bottom wall and a sheath extending from the bottom wall. The peripheral wall and the sheath surround one another and are in contact with each other so that the chamber is formed between the bottom wall, the transverse wall, the peripheral wall and/or the sheath. At least one ventilation groove is provided between the peripheral wall and the sheath form a ventilation channel connecting the chamber with the outside atmosphere.

TRANSFER CANNULA

A transfer cannula for sterile transfer of fluids to powders or fluids to fluids from a first receptacle into a second receptacle has two tube sections running in the same direction which have different lengths in the longitudinal direction of the tube sections, the longer tube section terminating in an insertion tip. The tube sections are rigidly connected to a coupling wall surrounding the tube sections in a cylindrical manner. The coupling wall has a cutout which extends as far as an end edge of the coupling wall and in which, when viewed from the side, an insertion tip of each tube section is exposed. The coupling wall projects beyond the insertion tip in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the tube sections, and the cut-out widens in a corresponding V-shape at the end edge.

Dual vial adapter assemblages including twin vented female vial adapters

Dual vial adapter assemblages having a triple component construction as follows: a first vented female vial adapter for telescopic mounting on a drug vial, a second vented female vial adapter for telescopic mounting on a liquid vial and a tubular liquid transfer coupler for coupling the first vented female vial adapter and the second vented female vial adapter for establishing a dual sealed lumen arrangement therebetween. The dual sealed lumen arrangement includes a central sealed liquid lumen for gravitational flow of liquid contents from a liquid vial to a drug vial and a sealed air lumen radial outward from the central sealed liquid lumen for venting air displaced from the drug vial to the liquid vial for assisting the gravitational flow of liquid contents by creating a closed system between the liquid vial and the drug vial.
