This device integrates physical sensors to the breastfeeding device and includes a neck strap, refillable housing chamber that contains fluid, a tubing that connects the housing chamber to a prosthetic nipple via a sealing attachment and a prosthetic nipple for infant latching to nurse. The invention is a notable step forward in creating an effective, safe and contactless nursing which mitigates and prevents bruised, sore nipples or engorged breasts.

The disclosure includes a device made of a lightweight plastic that will hook around the neck like a hanger, releasing with very little force to prevent injury. The device hangs down the front of the body to form a loop for stability. Down the center will be a retractable feeding tube holder arm that can adjust 180 degrees up and down and left to right, and lock-in any position in-between on a universal joint. The arm also will have a quick release to avoid injury. The arm will have an alternating clip to attach to variable size tubes as needed. This will allow for everyday support and hands free interaction with the tube. A pair of support arms terminate in a support pad each and attach to the universal joint. A method of supporting a gastric tube on a patient via the device is also disclosed.

The pouch has a nipple opening therein and the nipple extends outwardly through the nipple opening when the reservoir is positioned in the pouch. A first belt is coupled to the pouch and the first belt is extendable around the user's chest for retaining the pouch on the user's chest. A second belt is coupled to the pouch, the second belt is extendable around the user's chest for retaining the pouch on the user's chest and the second belt is matable to the first belt.

A breastfeeding device is disclosed comprising a liquid pouch assembly, a silicone housing, a silicone areola, and an adjustable strap. The liquid pouch assembly comprises a nipple removably coupled to an amorphous liquid bag. The silicone housing comprises a silicone cup and a rear silicone component attached to one another and forming an interior cavity. An entrance to the cavity is formed at the top of the silicone cup and the rear silicone component, and the liquid pouch assembly is insertable through the entrance. The silicone cup includes a central hole. The nipple of the liquid pouch assembly is insertable into the central hole and protrudes through the central hole while the amorphous liquid bag remains within the interior cavity. The silicone areola is external to the silicone housing, and the silicone areola is removably coupled to the nipple and concentric with the central hole of the silicone cup.

A device for measuring in real time the volume of a partially upturned bottle has a sleeve that extends around the upturned bottle with an open distal end and a closed proximal end. An accelerometer in the device determines the vertical direction and the angle between the vertical direction and the longitudinal axis of the bottle. Another accelerometer measures the force exerted by the bottle in the direction of the longitudinal axis. These parameters are used to calculate the total mass and volume of the upturned bottle. A dimmable screen displays the total mass, total volume, change in mass and/or change in volume.

The nurser liner pouch can contain fluid while the threaded cap base attached is sized to be secured to a commercially available nipple and retainer ring and can be placed into the pocket in the nursing bra with nipple protruding through the circular opening in the second inner layer. The nursing bra with nurser liner pouch is expected to far more closely simulate the experience and project the appearance of natural breastfeeding.

The device can include a funnel to allow milk in the nipple to flow back into the infant feeding bottle.
