CELL-BASED VEHICLES FOR POTENTIATION OF VIRAL THERAPY
Provided herein are carrier cells and virus combinations and methods for treatment of cancers. Also provided are modified carrier cells for such treatment, and methods of selecting carrier cells that are matched to subjects for such treatment.
NEW ONCOLYTIC VIRUS PLATFORM TO TREAT CANCERS WITH MYXOMA VIRUS
Disclosed herein, in certain embodiments, are recombinant myxoma viruses (MYXVs) and nucleic acid constructs encoding the recombinant MYXVs. In some embodiments, the MYXVs are engineered to inactivate or attenuate an activity or expression level of an M153 protein. In some embodiments, the MYXVs are engineered to express one or more transgenes such as a tumor necrosis factor (TNF), interleukin-12 (IL-12), or decorin. Also disclosed herein, in certain embodiments, are methods of using the MYXVs. Some embodiments include providing a MYXV as described herein to a subject in need thereof.
Echovirus for treatment of tumors
Provided are use of an Echovirus 25 (ECHO25) or a modified form thereof, or a nucleic acid molecule comprising a genomic sequence or cDNA sequence of the ECHO25 or a modified form thereof, or a complementary sequence of the genomic sequence or cDNA sequence, in treatment of a tumor in a subject, and in the manufacture of a medicament for treatment a tumor in a subject.

Conjugated virus-like particles and uses thereof as anti-tumor immune redirectors
Disclosed is a new class of conjugated virus-like particles (VLPs). These conjugated VLPs bind a wide variety of tumors and comprise epitopes recognized by a prior T cell immune response already existing in a host. These epitopes are derived from pathogens or previous vaccinations (such as early childhood vaccines). This provokes the body's pre-existing cytotoxic immunity obtained through previous infection or previous childhood vaccination to be redirected to the tumor cells for the elimination of cancer, and form long-term anti-tumor immunity. The described conjugated VLPs are useful for tailoring a broad range of tumors towards a response from existing immunity circumventing the need to identify tumor antigens or generate tumor-specific immune responses. Importantly, the compositions and methods described herein broadens opportunities for treatment for all cancer types in subjects who previously had un-targetable cancers due to various technological and biological limitations of currently available immuno-therapeutic drugs.
METHOD FOR PREPARING MESENCHYMAL STEM CELLS HAVING IMPROVED VIABILITY THROUGH ANTI-CANCER VIRUS INTRODUCTION
The present invention relates to a method for preparing oncolytic virus-containing mesenchymal stem cells having improved cell viability, a method for storing the oncolytic virus-containing stem cells produced by the method, and a cell therapeutic agent for cancer treatment containing the oncolytic virus-containing stem cells produced by the method. More particularly, an oncolytic virus is introduced into mesenchymal stem cells, followed by treatment with aspirin, so that the infection efficiency of the oncolytic virus may be increased, the replication time of the virus may be prolonged, and lysis of the stem cells by the virus may be prevented, thereby improving the viability and survival period of the stem cells and preparing anticancer stem cells having excellent activity. The anticancer stem cell therapeutic agent produced in this way is maintained at high viability during cold storage due to aspirin treatment, and thus is very useful medically and industrially.
KIT FOR PREPARING NANOPARTICLE COMPOSITION FOR DRUG DELIVERY
The present invention relates to a kit for preparing a nanoparticle composition for drug delivery and, more specifically, to a kit for preparing a nanoparticle composition for drug wherein the kit is designed such that the kit does not comprise a polylactic acid salt and nanoparticles containing a drug encapsulated therein can be easily formed just by simply mixing an amphiphilic block copolymer, a cationic compound, and a drug as components of the kit.

RAPID VACCINE PLATFORM
Provided are methods of making and delivering vaccine compositions using an enucleated cell-based platform. Methods of clearing pathogenic infections in a subject using the enucleated cell-based platform is also provided. Such enucleated cell-based platform reduces the vaccine development timeline as compared with conventional biological vaccines, and improves vaccine efficacy.
