The present disclosure relates to pyrrolobenzodiazepines (PBDs) having a labile C2 or N10 protecting group in the form of a linker to an antibody.

Compositions containing, methods involving, and uses of non-natural amino acid linked dolastatin derivatives

Disclosed herein are non-natural amino acids and dolastatin analogs that include at least one non-natural amino acid, and methods for making such non-natural amino acids and polypeptides. The dolastatin analogs can include a wide range of possible functionalities, but typically have at least one oxime, carbonyl, dicarbonyl, and/or hydroxylamine group. Also disclosed herein are non-natural amino acid dolastatin analogs that are further modified post-translationally, methods for effecting such modifications, and methods for purifying such dolastatin analogs. Typically, the modified dolastatin analogs include at least one oxime, carbonyl, dicarbonyl, and/or hydroxylamine group. Further disclosed are methods for using such non-natural amino acid dolastatin analogs and modified non-natural amino acid dolastatin analogs, including therapeutic, diagnostic, and other biotechnology use.

ANTI-CDH6 ANTIBODY DRUG CONJUGATES

The present invention relates to anti-CDH6 antibodies, antibody fragments, antibody drug conjugates, and their uses for the treatment of cancer.

Methods for Manipulating Phagocytosis Mediated by CD47

Methods are provided to manipulate phagocytosis of cells, including hematopoietic cells, e.g. circulating hematopoietic cells, bone marrow cells, acute leukemia cells, etc.; and solid tumor cells. In some embodiments of the invention the circulating cells are hematopoietic stem cells, or hematopoietic progenitor cells, particularly in a transplantation context, where protection from phagocytosis is desirable. In other embodiments the circulating cells are leukemia cells, particularly acute myeloid leukemia (AML), where increased phagocytosis is desirable.

Re-directed immunotherapy

The invention provides an agent for preventing or treating a condition characterised by the presence of unwanted cells, the agent comprising: (i) a targeting moiety that is capable of targeting to the unwanted cells; and (ii) a T cell antigen, wherein the T cell antigen can be released from the targeting moiety by selective cleavage of a cleavage site in the agent in the vicinity of the unwanted cells.

HYDROPHILIC ANTIBODY-DRUG CONJUGATES

Hydrophilic Linkers, Drug-Linker compounds, Drug-Ligand Conjugate compounds and Ligand-Linkers and methods of making and using the same are provided.

Method of Treating Ovarian and Renal Cancer Using Antibodies Against T Cell Immunoglobulin Domain and Mucin Domain 1 (TIM-1) Antigen

The invention described herein is related to antibodies directed to the antigen TIM-1 and uses of such antibodies for the treatment of cancer (e.g., renal and ovarian cancer). In particular, there are provided fully human monoclonal antibodies directed to the antigen TIM-1. Isolated polynucleotide sequences encoding, and amino acid sequences comprising, heavy and light chain immunoglobulin molecules, particularly sequences corresponding to contiguous heavy and light chain sequences spanning the framework regions (FR's) and/or complementarity determining regions (CDR's), specifically from FR1 through FR4 or CDR1 through CDR3, are provided. Hybridomas or other cell lines expressing such immunoglobulin molecules and monoclonal antibodies are also provided.
