INFRARED DRYING SYSTEMS
An infrared heating system is disclosed that includes an enclosed tube extending from a first open end to a second open end, the enclosed tube having a sidewall opening in a sidewall of the tube at a location between the first and second open ends; an infrared heater mounted to the exterior of the enclosed tube such that heating elements of the infrared heater are exposed to the tube sidewall opening; and an auger disposed within the enclosed tube, the auger being driven by a drive system such that material fed into the enclosed tube at the first open end is transported to the second open end of the tube and is exposed to the heating elements of the infrared heater as the material is transported between the first and second open ends.
MOVABLE CURTAIN DISINFECTION DEVICE
A movable curtain disinfection device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes frames installed on an upper portion of a support, spaced apart from each other to face each other, and configured to define a disinfection space for a curtain provided between the frames, rotary rollers provided so that a pair of rotary rollers thereof is mounted on an inner surface of each of the frames, the rotary rollers being configured to rotate so that the curtain passes through the disinfection space, rotary belts each configured to surround an outer portion of each of the pairs of rotary rollers, the rotary belts being configured to guide a movement of the curtain while rotating in conjunction with rotations of the rotary rollers, and disinfection modules disposed between the pairs of rotary rollers and configured to disinfect the curtain passing through the disinfection space.
MOVABLE CURTAIN DISINFECTION DEVICE
A movable curtain disinfection device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes frames installed on an upper portion of a support, spaced apart from each other to face each other, and configured to define a disinfection space for a curtain provided between the frames, rotary rollers provided so that a pair of rotary rollers thereof is mounted on an inner surface of each of the frames, the rotary rollers being configured to rotate so that the curtain passes through the disinfection space, rotary belts each configured to surround an outer portion of each of the pairs of rotary rollers, the rotary belts being configured to guide a movement of the curtain while rotating in conjunction with rotations of the rotary rollers, and disinfection modules disposed between the pairs of rotary rollers and configured to disinfect the curtain passing through the disinfection space.

A meat injection needles cleaning apparatus comprising a washing stage for washing the exterior of the needles, an injection stage for injecting water and air in the needles, an ultraviolet stage for disinfecting the needles and an ultrasonic stage for cleaning the needles. An allergen reduction device may include a body, a dust cup removably coupled to the body, a plurality of agitators rotatably coupled to the body and disposed within respective agitator cavities defined in the body, a suction motor disposed within the body and configured to cause air to flow along corresponding cleaning airflow paths from the agitator cavities into the dust cup, a hot air outlet fluidly coupled to the suction motor, the suction motor being configured to urge the air through the hot air outlet along a heated exhaust airflow path, and a heater positioned within the heated exhaust airflow path between the suction motor and the hot air outlet, the heater being configured to heat the air that is urged from the hot air outlet.

An allergen reduction device may include a body, a dust cup removably coupled to the body, a plurality of agitators rotatably coupled to the body and disposed within respective agitator cavities defined in the body, a suction motor disposed within the body and configured to cause air to flow along corresponding cleaning airflow paths from the agitator cavities into the dust cup, a hot air outlet fluidly coupled to the suction motor, the suction motor being configured to urge the air through the hot air outlet along a heated exhaust airflow path, and a heater positioned within the heated exhaust airflow path between the suction motor and the hot air outlet, the heater being configured to heat the air that is urged from the hot air outlet.
