System for the internal disinfection of containers
The present invention relates to a system for the disinfection of containers in a blowing and filling system of the containers with a product, in particular a system for the internal disinfection of the containers by means of ultraviolet-C radiation LED emitters.
Beverage filling method and apparatus
Only a bottle properly preliminarily heated is sterilized by hydrogen peroxide. Temperature inspection to the bottle is performed while travelling the bottle. During the inspection, a bottle of which temperature does not reach a predetermined temperature is removed and a bottle of which temperature reaches the predetermined temperature is continuously travelled, hydrogen peroxide condensed mist α is blown toward a mouth portion 1a of the bottle by a spray tube 59 disposed at a predetermined position, and hot air is blown into the bottle from the nozzle while the nozzle 64 following the mouth portion of the bottle. According to such operation, only the bottle properly heated can be sterilized by the hydrogen peroxide, Thereafter, beverage fills the bottle, which is then sealed.
Process for treating container preforms with non-contacting plasma treatment
Disclosed is a process for treating at least one hollow body made of thermoplastic material, such as a preform or a cap, the treatment process successively including at least the following steps: a first step, consisting in treating at least the inside of the hollow body using hydrogen peroxide; a second step, consisting in heating the hollow body; a third step, consisting in treating the hollow body with plasma in order to reduce the concentration of hydrogen peroxide residues. Also disclosed is a plant for manufacturing containers in which the process is carried out in particular by way of a unit for the plasma treatment of the preforms.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CLEANING AND SANITIZING FOODSTUFF TANKS
A system and method for cleaning, rinsing, and sanitizing a container is disclosed. The system has a sanitizing agent chamber for storing a sanitizing agent, the one or more solution chambers in fluid communication with the container, a pump in fluid commination with the sanitizing agent, wherein the pump is in communication with a gas, and at least one spray nozzle fluidly connected to the at least one solution chamber via a conduit positioned within the container, wherein the spray nozzle comprises a housing inside which the sanitizing agent is mixed at pressure with the gas to disperse the sanitizing agent and gas mixture into the container for sanitizing the container.
VESSEL STERILIZER
A vessel sterilizer includes a gripper which is configured to hold a vessel having an opening facing upward, the endless conveyor being configured to move the gripper in a conveyance direction along a conveyance rout; a nozzle provided on the conveyance rout and configured to inject sterilizing gas from a spout provided at a bottom end of the nozzle toward the opening of the vessel to supply the sterilizing gas into the vessel; and a swing mechanism configured to horizontally swing the gripper forward in the conveyance direction when the vessel held by the gripper approaches the nozzle along the conveyance rout and configured to horizontally swing the gripper rearward in the conveyance direction when the vessel held by the gripper moves away from the nozzle.
CONTAINER FOR RECEIVING PACKAGES
A secure box for receiving packages is described. The secure box includes a rectangular container with a top, a bottom, a front, a left, a right, and a back. A front door forms part of the front when in a closed position, the front door having at least one hinge allowing it to move to an open position by swinging outward at a top end. A top cap with one or more photovoltaic panels formed therein, the top cap adapted to securely fasten onto the top. A package sensor senses a package placed in the rectangular container to initiate a decontamination process. A controller is electrically coupled to one or more photovoltaic panels, and the controller is communicatively coupled to the package sensor to control a decontamination system for decontaminating the package which has been sensed. The decontamination system includes at least one of ultraviolet light source, a chemical spray, or both.
Ethylene oxide treatment indicator, label and method of use
The present invention provides an indicator useful in confirming successful sterilisation and/or nucleic acid decontamination by ethylene oxide (EtO) treatment. The invention also provides a label comprising said indicator and methods for use of the indicator and label in a method of EtO treatment.
ASEPTIC FILLING METHOD AND ASEPTIC FILLING MACHINE
Even when the filling rate is high, the surface temperature of molded bottles is kept at a certain temperature or higher, and the bottles can be adequately sterilized with a sterilizer.
A preform is heated, the heated preform is sealed in a neck portion mold, a trunk portion mold and a bottom portion mold at a predetermined temperature range, and the preform sealed in the molds is blow-molded into a bottle. Any bottle is removed which has been molded in the neck portion mold, the trunk portion mold and the bottom portion mold the temperature of any of which is outside the predetermined temperature range, and a sterilizer is blasted to any bottle for sterilization which has been molded in the neck portion mold, the trunk portion mold and the bottom portion mold the temperature of all of which is in the predetermined temperature range.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SECURE PACKAGE DELIVERY AND RETRIEVAL
Systems and methods for smooth attended or unattended package delivery and retrieval may be provided through a container locker. Delivery companies and their respective delivery means may interact with the container locker wirelessly, through handheld devices, or through mechanisms provided on the container locker itself. The processes of receiving or pickup of a parcel or other item may be facilitated, regardless the user's presence or absence from the delivery/pickup location. Systems and methods may receive, secure, maintain, and temporarily house delivery or pickup items and concomitantly document, verify, confirm, and communicate data in varied forms to the parties interested or engaged in such deliveries or retrievals through a variety of connected networks, communication means and the use thereof.
Locker system for storage and delivery of packages
A modular system of locker banks for receipt and delivery of packages is described. The system may include associate modules each having one or more lockers and a control board in communication with each of the lockers in the module. Each locker may include a locker board having a processor and memory configured to control operation of the locker. Each locker may include a lock and a light. The system may further include one or more control modules, each having the above components and further including a kiosk having one or more input and output devices for entering information to the module for controlling operation of the system. The modular system may be connected to a server and/or an administrator terminal.
