At least a portion of the lower surface of the top layer or the upper surface of the base layer is provided with an adhesive for adhering the plaster to the tube. The lower surface of the base layer is provided with an adhesive for adhering the plaster to the patient. The top layer includes a hinge about which the pull tab can be oriented away from the skin of the patient.

The fluid channels are in fluid communication with the lumen and transport a fluid between a fluid ingress port and a fluid egress port to at least partially inflate or deflate the balloon.

A nose respirator device with a holder connected to a base, the holder has a top sitting across the nasal bridge and two arms extending downward to join with the base, which sits across the subnasale and contains two open cavities with upper openings capable of being inserted into each nostril. Each cavity can be further divided by a separator into two channels for inhalation and exhalation, respectively. One-way air flow in each channel can be further ensured with valves, which open only in one direction upon the push of air current. Filters can be fitted into each cavity or channel for air cleaning. One or more attachments can be fitted onto the base for additional purposes, which include extra filtration and disinfection. The area within the holder and the base can be covered with a sheet, which can also be used for device classification and user identification.

Medicament delivery device and method

A medicament delivery device is provided having an oral tubular section for placement in the mouth of a user and a nasal tubular section for placement in the naris of a user. A medicament located in a corrugated, or flexible, section joining the oral tubular section and the nasal tubular section is dispersed into the nasal cavity of the user by blowing into the oral tubular section. A pinch valve or a one way valve is used to prevent the user from accidentally inhaling the medicament. The medicament delivery device may also be used as a pulmonary delivery device into the mouth of a user.
