INFUSION OF DRUGS
The present invention relates to an at least partly implantable system for injecting a substance into a patient's body. The system comprises at least one implantable infusion needle arranged in at least one first housing, the at least one implantable infusion needle having a tip end for injecting a substance into a penetration area of a patient, and at least one drive unit coupled to the at least one implantable infusion needle and arranged for moving the tip end of the at least one infusion needle for varying the penetration site, wherein the at least one drive unit is a drive unit arranged for moving the tip end of the at least one infusion needle using hydraulic force. The system is adapted to use infusion liquid to be injected into the patient's body as hydraulic fluid.
Urethral stricture treatment apparatus and urethral stricture treatment method
A urethral stricture treatment apparatus and treatment method are disclosed, which can easily inhibit the position of a medical material from deviating from a treatment site and can make the medical material selectively indwell different treatment sites. The urethral stricture treatment apparatus can have a dilation portion, which dilates in a state of holding a medical material providing an epithelial function so as to bring the medical material into contact with an inner wall of urethra, and a restriction portion which is provided in a position closer to a distal side than the dilation portion in an insertion direction such that a distance between the restriction portion and the dilation portion can be relative changed, and comes into contact with external urethral sphincter in a living body so as to restrict the movement of the medical material toward the distal side.
INFUSION OF DRUGS
An at least partly implantable system for injecting a substance into a patient's body. The system comprises at least one flexibly bendable infusion needle with a tip end of each of said at least one infusion needle arranged in at least one first housing for penetrating the first housing's outer wall in at least one penetration area and having the respective other end arranged in at least one second housing, the first and second housings being adapted for implantation inside the patient's body, wherein the at least one second housing is provided for implantation inside the patient's body remote from the at least one first housing and wherein the injection needle is sufficiently long to bridge the distance from the at least one second housing for remote implantation to the at least one first housing and further through the first housing up to the outer wall of the first housing. The system further comprises at least one drive unit adapted for being coupled to the at least one infusion needle and arranged at least for advancing the tip end of the at least one infusion needle so that the at least one infusion needle penetrates with the tip end or ends thereof said at least one first housing's outer wall in said at least one penetration area.
Stimulation of penis erection control
A penis erection stimulation system comprises an implantable drug delivery device for delivering a drug to a penis to achieve erection of the penis. An infusion needle of the device is placed outside a left or a right corpus cavernosum in close proximity thereto and advanced into and retracted from, as well as deliver a drug when advanced into, at least one of: the left or right corpus cavernosum, one or two of deep arteries thereof, muscle tissue regulating blood flow through the right, left or both corpus cavernosum and tissue in close proximity to the left, right or both corpus cavernosum. The at least one infusion needle fits in a position in between the left and right corpus cavernosum at a base of the penile tissue placed inside a patient's body where the left and right corpus cavernosum are deviating away from each other.
WEARABLE PHALLIC LUBRICATION DELIVERY SYSTEM
A wearable phallic lubrication delivery system providing a sheath or framing extending between a closed distal end and an open proximal end for slidably receiving a phallus. An arcuate, circumferential bladder depends from the open proximal end, proximate thereof. A conduit is fluidly coupled to the bladder and extends longitudinally, along the sheath or framing, from adjacent the open proximal end to adjacent the closed distal end. The conduit is connected to but exclusive the sheath or framing. An outlet is provided at the distal end of the conduit, adjacent the tip of the closed proximal end, so that compression of the bladder urges fluid therein through the conduit and out the outlet, thereby simulating ejaculation.
Devices and related methods for urinary catheterization
A Coude catheter insures proper drainage and reduces tissue damage by using a loop section having an open passageway positioned on a proximal end of the catheter to adjust the catheter.
Penile Implant Device and Method
A penile implant enhancement device and method is provided. The penile implant device comprises an elongated cylindrical sleeve that is configured to encircle a shaft of a penis and an external layer. The elongated cylindrical sleeve is defined by one or more edges, surfaces, or layers, including a proximal edge, a distal edge, a first side, a second side, a top surface, and a bottom surface, and the external layer is configured to cover the one or more edges, surfaces, or layers of the sleeve to form one or more covered edges, surfaces, or layers. The covered edges, surfaces, or layers are configured to align with the penis. The method comprises the steps of administering one or more anesthetic agents; cutting a transverse incision above the pubic symphysis; clamping a lower edge of the transverse incision; dissection through the one or more layers of subcutaneous tissue to expose tunica albuginea; everting the penis; creating a pocket between the tunica albuginea and the skin; providing the aforementioned penile implant device; suturing the covered edges, surfaces, or layers to the penis; trimming the external layer, reverting the penis; and closing the transverse incision.
Infusion of drugs
An at least partly implantable system for injecting a substance into the body of a patient is disclosed. The system comprises at least one infusion needle disposed at least partly within at least one housing with a tip end of the infusion needle arranged for penetrating an outer wall of the housing. The system further comprises at least one drive unit adapted to be implanted inside the body and a for advancing and retracting the tip end of the infusion needle so that the infusion needle penetrates, upon advancement, the outer wall to allow for injection of the substance.
Stimulation of penis erection
A penis erection stimulation system comprises one or more infusion needles disposed within and implanted along with one or more housings adjacent the patient's left and right corpora cavernosa. A reservoir and a pump are also implanted inside the patient's body to supply the infusion needle with infusion liquid. A drive unit also adapted for implantation inside the patient's body is arranged for advancing and retracting the tip end of the infusion needle such that it penetrates the housing at least in two different penetration areas either simultaneously or in immediate time succession, thereby injecting drugs along with the infusion liquid into the patient's body for stimulating penis erection.
Min Private Daily Care
The present invention discloses an organic skin moisturizer for vagina and penis, which extends and improves the skin cells. The composition is dermatologically acceptable and is capable of moisturizing skin to prevent infections and support a healthy pH balance while enhancing the overall feel and appearance.
