A drug delivery device capable of forming a medicated mist that reaches the nasal and paranasal sinus cavities contains a puncturing element within its canister. The puncturing element is used in combination with a compartment that contains a filling. The compartment is optionally detachable from an interior of the device or entirely separate from the device. The puncturing element punctures the compartment, releasing the filling into the reservoir of the device to provide a medicated liquid. The device may store any form of medication so long as the medication remains stable. When dry powder forms are desired, the reservoir and/or compartment may be filled with a solution or diluent so as to form the medicated liquid, which may then be dispensed as a mist through the device following the puncturing.

ENEMA DEVICE FOR WASHING LARGE INTESTINE

An enema device for washing a large intestine that can supply water to a large intestine to easily wash and defecate the large intestine. The enema device for washing a large intestine includes a nozzle part inserted into an anal passage and having an ejection hole for ejecting water at one end thereof; a balloon part coupled to an outer peripheral surface of the nozzle part to be expanded; an air pump configured to supply air to the balloon part; a switching valve, to which the air pump is connected; a first water hose, an air hose, and a second water hose; the nozzle part has a discharge hole through which air supplied from the air hose is discharged to the balloon part.

Oral irrigator

An oral irrigator has a separate high pressure water system and low pressure mouth rinse system to deliver two different fluids to a pick or other accessories. The water system and mouth rinse system are combined in a handle. The pick is connected to the handle. The water system has a blocking valve located in the handle and the mouth rinse system has a hand pump located in the handle. The hand pump sits next to a valve button for closing the blocking valve. When the hand pump is pressed, it presses against the valve button of the blocking valve to shut off the source of high pressure water to the pick. The pressure in the pick drops so that the hand pump can then introduce mouth rinse into the pick. When the hand pump is released, the blocking valve opens up and high pressure water returns to the pick.
