Systems and methods of unattended treatment of a subject's head or neck
In accordance with various aspects of the present teachings, systems and methods for applying treatment energy, e.g., electromagnetic radiation such as laser radiation in the visible and near infrared wavelengths, to body areas having bulges and fat deposits, loose skin, pain, acne and/or wounds. In some aspects, the systems and methods can enable relatively lengthy treatments to be performed by having the practitioner set-up and/or start the treatment, thereafter allowing the treatment to proceed safely and effectively without the continued presence of the practitioner.
TREATMENT DEVICE AND METHOD
According to an aspect, there is provided a treatment device for performing a treatment operation on or to a subject. The treatment device comprises: an optical diffuser arranged on the treatment device such that an outer surface of the optical diffuser is proximate to, or in contact with, skin of the subject when the treatment device is to be used to perform the treatment operation; and an imaging unit for obtaining one or more images using light passing through the optical diffuser into the treatment device; wherein the treatment device is further configured for providing one or more images to a processing unit for determination of whether the treatment device is in contact with the skin.

One or more devices, systems, and methods are described which together provide sonoluminescence biophysical oscillation technique(s) (SBOT(s)) that improve debilitated states of health for individuals comprising; biophysical oscillations that initiate, sustain, and/or control one or more sound emitting devices including speakers capable of providing harmonic and subharmonic sound and including music and/or individual musical notes that provide sound tracsons and one or more light emission devices including projectors that provide light wave emission traclums which are capable of imparting color changes, wherein tracsons and traclums provide auditory and visual stimuli that result in energy changes that create acoustic and tracson/traclum excitations. The tracson/traclum excitations are applied in an external manner to one or more bodies of humans and in some cases could be applied to animals.
MOUTHPIECE
Provided is a mouthpiece which is mounted in an oral cavity for use in changing the shape of the skull including the maxillary bone and is composed of a plurality of segment pieces, at least some of the segment pieces being configured to approach or be spaced apart from each other by means of a screw, wherein the surfaces of the segment pieces facing or contacting the skin in the oral cavity are configured such that the segment pieces overlap with each other, such that a gap does not occur in spite of the approaching or spacing-apart movement of the segment pieces relative to each other.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PHOTOTHERAPY CONTROL
The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and uses of systems treating a skin condition with phototherapy. Also disclosed are systems, methods and compositions for controlling phototherapy treatments of the skin comprising (a) incorporating sun exposure into a prescribed phototherapy treatment; (b) quantitative measurement of erythema using digital image processing; (c) computer aided guidance for administration of targeted phototherapy; (d) treatment recommendations from outcome based analytics of a population of connected phototherapy devices; (e) an emollient with UV fading dye to visibly identify treated areas in the administration of targeted phototherapy.
LIFTING BAND
The present invention relates to a lifting band comprising: a band member provided in the form of a plate having elasticity and resilience and having a predetermined area; at least one light source part disposed on one surface of the band member and including a plurality of LEDs that, when power is applied, emit light of a predetermined wavelength band so as to improve the skin; and a cover member which is fixed to one surface of the band member so as to cover the at least one light source part.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR UNATTENDED TREATMENT OF A PATIENT
An unattended approach can increase the reproducibility and safety of the treatment as the chance of over/under treating of a certain area is significantly decreased. On the other hand, unattended treatment of uneven or rugged areas can be challenging in terms of maintaining proper distance or contact with the treated tissue, mostly on areas which tend to differ from patient to patient (e.g. facial area). Delivering energy via a system of active elements embedded in a flexible pad adhesively attached to the skin offers a possible solution. The unattended approach may include delivering of multiple energies to enhance a visual appearance.
Adjustable illuminator for photodynamic therapy and diagnosis
An adjustable illuminator for photodynamically diagnosing or treating a surface includes a plurality of first panels and at least one second panel. The plurality of first panels have wider widths and the at least one second panel has a narrower width. The narrower width is less than the wider widths. The illuminator further includes a plurality of light sources, each mounted to one of the plurality of first panels or the at least one second panel and configured to irradiate the surface with substantially uniform intensity visible light. The plurality of first panels and the at least one second panel are rotatably connected. The at least one second panel is connected on each side to one of the plurality of first panels. The second panel acts as a “lighted hinge” to reduce or eliminate optical dead spaces between adjacent panels when the illuminator is bent into a certain configuration.

Systems and methods are disclosed for configuring a light integrated device, and include receiving sensed data from a first sensor, providing the sensed data from the first sensor to a machine learning model, receiving a machine learning output from the machine learning model based on the sensed data from the first sensor, the machine learning output comprising a light integrated device configuration, wherein the light integrated device configuration comprises a dual light emitting diodes (LED) setting, and configuring the light integrated device based on the light integrated device configuration.
