Door Barricade
Barricade devices and methods of barricading a door are disclosed. Such devices and methods may be used to barricade a door, and thereby prevent an intruder from entering a sheltering space, such as a classroom, storeroom, or hallway. The barricade-device may have a pivotable stop-device that is pivotable from a location adjacent to a door. The pivot-location may be at an elevation that is lower than a door handle on the door. The stop-device may be pivotable from a reserve-position to a stop-position. In the reserve-position, the stop-device does not barricade the door. In the barricade-position, the stop-device barricades the door. Operation of the barricade-device may require the use of one or more major muscle groups of the body, but need not require precise dexterity of the fingers or hands (e.g. such as that required to manipulate small keys, latches, and/or the grasping and turning of assemblies). As such, the barricade-device may be used properly and quickly by a wide range of people having differing physical and mental capabilities.
Carrier device set and Firefighting motorcycle using same
A firefighting motorcycle includes a motorcycle body, a carrier device set assembled on the rear of the motorcycle body, a firefighting equipment and a fire extinguishing gun bracket. The firefighting equipment includes a water storage tank, a high-pressure gas cylinder arranged on one side of the water storage tank, and a fire extinguishing gun connected to the water storage tank and the high-pressure gas cylinder through two pipes respectively. The water storage tank is accommodated in the bottom of the long hollow bracket. The fire extinguishing gun bracket is installed on one side of the motorcycle body, so that the fire extinguishing gun of the firefighting equipment is installed on its. The technical features of the firefighting motorcycle and its various components disclosed in the present invention will effectively improve the effectiveness of firefighters who can reach the fire scene and provide rescue in the first time.

Fire extinguishing device and method for extinguishing a fire
Fire extinguishing device (100). The invention is characterised in that the fire extinguishing device comprises a flask engagement means (110), arranged to engage with a flask (10) for compressed carbon dioxide and to hold the fire extinguishing device in an operating orientation in relation to such a flask; an actuating means (120), arranged to apply a pressure on a valve (13) of said flask when in said operating orientation so that the valve as a result of said pressure opens and carbon dioxide flows out from the flask, which actuating means in turn comprises a lever means (121) for transferring a force applied by a user within said actuating means (120) for applying said pressure; and a carbon dioxide directing means (130), arranged to direct a jet (20) of carbon dioxide flowing out from the flask when said valve is open.

Quick release equipment mount
A quick release equipment mount includes a support module secured to a fixture such as a wall or pipe and a number of item modules, each of which can attach to an item of equipment such as a fire extinguisher for quick release. The item modules can have two pair of vertically spaced apart hooks which engage two pair of commensurately spaced apart posts extending laterally from an elongated vertical tongue extending from the support module. The hooks are formed on a pair of rails spaced to form a groove slidingly engaged by the tongue. Item modules can have different item interfacing segments for securing in various manners to various types of equipment items while all having similar support module interfacing segments capable of quick release mounting to the support module.
Fire extinguisher mounting bracket for vehicle
A mounting bracket for a fire extinguisher which has a base configured for attachment to a vehicle or seat; an endcap pivotably mounted to the base, wherein the endcap includes at least one receptacle which is configured to accommodate a fire extinguisher tank; and a neck clamp configured to engage a bottle neck on a fire extinguisher.

EMERGENCY READINESS VERIFICATION SYSTEM AND METHOD OF CALIBRATION
An emergency readiness verification system includes a housing, a secure weight-sensing mechanism, a vertically-actuated switch assembly, a vertically-adjustable calibration mechanism, and an alert device in communication with the vertically-actuated switch assembly. The vertically-adjustable calibration mechanism fixes a vertical position of the vertically-actuated switch assembly such that an engagement tab of the attachment extension engages an actuator of the vertically-actuated switch assembly when a weight of the fire extinguisher supported by an extinguisher attachment falls is within an alert threshold, and disengages the actuator when the weight of the fire extinguisher falls below the alert threshold or when the fire extinguisher is not supported by the extinguisher attachment.
BOOTH
A booth with a ceiling and an inside space includes: a fire extinguisher that is positioned in an opening portion formed in the ceiling, has a fire extinguisher main body storing a fire-extinguishing agent, and sprays the fire-extinguishing agent into the inside space; and a support tool that is disposed on the upper surface of the ceiling so as to surround the opening portion and has an opening being smaller than the maximum outside diameter of the fire extinguisher main body and corresponding to the outside shape of at least a portion of the fire extinguisher main body. The fire extinguisher main body is supported by the support tool from the lower side in the gravitational direction.
