Exercise Bar
The present disclosure is the only product of its kind that enables one to utilize their body weight in order to gain upper body and chest strength through a rocking motion in a push-up position, creating a dynamic and efficient workout. This innovative, top quality device is uniquely designed with a durable U-shaped metal bar with adjustable handles to allow users to modify the handles positioning to allow for a more comfortable and personalized stance and posture. Moreover, the present disclosed apparatus is strategically crafted with rubber stoppers and a non-slip rubber base to ensure the device remains securely in place at all times and the user is stable while performing the working out.
CORE EXERCISE DEVICE
An exercise device includes a body engagement portion and a ground engagement portion. The body engagement portion is capable of supporting a user. The body engagement portion includes a base surface capable of supporting the user in a standard plank position. The ground engagement portion includes an arched contact surface that allows the user to rotate between a first side plank position, the standard plank position, and a second side plank position relative to a support surface while the arched contact surface remains in contact with the support surface and the body engagement portion supports the user.
Wheeled weight training sled with elevated tow hook
A weight training sled having (i) a chassis, (ii) longitudinally spaced rotatable wheels in contact with ground, (iii) a pair of laterally spaced push handles proximate a first longitudinal end of the chassis and (iv) a brake for applying resistance to one of the wheels, characterized by an elevated tow hook.
Inertial device and method of implementing an inertial device
An apparatus or system defined by a handheld exercise device includes a weighted body; a handle arranged along a radial axis of the weighted body; and a connector that creates at least one connection between each radially distal end of the handle and a component of the weighted body. The handheld exercise device, in use, minimizes one or more peak forces and rotational inertia acting on a forearm of a user actively engaging the handheld exercise device in motion.
Device and methods for tuning a skeletal muscle
A method of differentially tuning a lower limb muscle in a human in need thereof is provided. The method includes placement of at least two calibrated, differential disturbances or protuberances under the human's feet thereby tuning a lower limb muscle.
Exercise rod for supporting exercise elastic rope
An exercise rod for supporting an exercise elastic rope includes a supporting member rotatably sleeved on the exercise rod. The periphery of the supporting member is provided with an annular positioning groove for cooperating with a hook. An end of the exercise rod is detachably provided with a blocking member configured to prevent the supporting member from separation, a retractable blocking button is arranged adjacent to the end of the exercise rod, and the supporting member is limited between the blocking button and the blocking member. The supporting member is rotatably sleeved on the exercise rod, and the supporting member is provided with a positioning groove matched with the hook. When the hook is subjected to force, the relative movement between the hook and the supporting member is transformed into the rotation of the supporting member, thereby eliminating the sound caused by friction and collision between parts.
Handheld Exercise Device
A handheld exercise device is an apparatus that enables the user to exercise the upper body due to the load applied on the user's arms from the centripetal force created by moving the apparatus using one or two hands. To do so, the apparatus may include an O-ring housing, a crossbar, a bearing assembly, and a control system. The O-ring housing is designed to retain the bearing assembly in such a way that the user can move the bearing assembly in a circular motion within the O-ring housing. The crossbar facilitates the handling of the O-ring housing with one or two hands in order for the user to move the bearing assembly in a circular motion within the O-ring housing. The control system helps the user keep track of the movement of the bearing assembly so that the user can measure the exercise progress while handling the apparatus.
Exercise device
An exercise device having a first handle, a second handle, and a cylindrical chamber. The cylindrical chamber is oriented in that the first handle is attached at one end of the cylindrical chamber and the second handle is attached at the other end of the cylindrical chamber. The cylindrical chamber contains a system that facilitates magnetic, tension resistance. Bisecting the surface of the cylindrical chamber, is a knob connected to a fixed component that adjusts the magnetic, tension resistance within the cylindrical chamber.
Device for training human's motor skills and in particular the adaptation to instability, the strength and mobility
A device that trains a person's motor skills, including the adaptation to instability, strength and mobility, includes a dome having preset characteristics of elastic deformability and a wall of preset thickness. One or more separating walls are arranged in an inner recess of the dome and form ribs that provide a support to the dome at its base, defining one or more compartments within the recess.
