Patient aid devices, particularly for mobile upper extremity support in railed devices such as parallel bars and treadmills
Patient aid devices and an associated method of supporting an upper extremity are described and include a mobile upper extremity support for the patient. A support assembly supports a first side of an upper body of the user for movement along a first rail. The support assembly also allows motion of a second side of an upper body relative to the first side.
Mobile upper extremity (UE) supports for use in railed environments: crossover arm design assembly and unilateral UE support designs
A patient aid assembly includes an upper extremity support assembly and a housing associated therewith. The housing slidingly engages a rail and allows relative movements therealong. First and second upper extremity support assemblies are received on first and second rails, respectively. An interconnecting member us hingedly connected to each of first and second housings that support the UE support assemblies.
Modular exercise apparatus
An exercise apparatus with base horizontal members forming a base polygon and ceiling horizontal members forming a ceiling polygon and a plurality of vertical members mounted at their lower ends to the base polygon and mounting the ceiling polygon spaced from the base polygon. A human interface permits athletes to exercise, and wheels mounted to the base polygon permit transport of the apparatus and attached equipment to a field or court. The base polygon includes two parallel skids and the human interface may be a pad permitting an athlete to push the apparatus horizontally when none or two of the wheels contact the ground. When no wheels contact the ground, the apparatus may be used in the manner of a weight rack, because the apparatus will not move along the ground without substantial force being applied.

Strap connector of body fitting device
A strap connector of a body fitting device generally includes a connector body, which includes a first movement space and a second movement space that is separated from the first movement space; a first movable block, which is slidably mounted to the connector body and is received in the first movement space and is reciprocally slidable upon being acted upon by an external force; a second movable block, which is slidably mounted to the connector body and is received in the second movement space and is reciprocally slidable upon being acted upon by an external force; and an elastic assembly, which is in contact engagement with and positioned between the connector body and the second movable block to provide an elastic cushioning force to the second movable block.
Handheld weighted exercising apparatus
An exercise apparatus has a housing for substantially enclosing a hand of a user, an opening within the housing for receiving a hand of the user, a handle within the housing, and vents in the housing, which is weighted and balanced whereby in use the user grips the handle to perform resistance and aerobic exercises using the exercise apparatus.

Wall mounted exercise rack system
A retractable wall mounted exercise rack system for providing an exercise rack that may be easily and compactly stored when not in use. The retractable wall mounted exercise rack system generally includes one or more brackets attached to a wall, a pair of support members, and a plurality of arms pivotally extending from the brackets and pivotally connecting to the support members. One or more actuators are connected between the brackets and the arms to assist in lifting the structure into a compact retracted position for storage.
