A transformable exercise apparatus is disclosed. The exercise apparatus includes base arms parallel to each other, front legs and rear legs extending from the base arms. The exercise apparatus includes top arms, each connecting respective front and rear leg of each base arm. The exercise apparatus presents telescopic members stored in the front legs. The exercise apparatus includes a first table top and a second table top. The second table top includes collapsible legs. The collapsible legs fold and allow for placing the second table top and the first table top over the top arms, thereby transforming the exercise apparatus into a furniture. The second table top demounts and transforms into a workbench. The telescopic members extend and include a pull-up bar at the top, transforming the exercise apparatus into a pull up exercise apparatus. The apparatus may transfer into a leg press and arm press.

An adjustable dumbbell device includes one or more weight members and one or more weight elements each having two side panels to form a chamber, and an opening formed in each of the panels, two housings detachably engaged in the weight member and the weight element, two catches slidably engaged in each of the housings and engageable with the openings of the panels for anchoring the housings to the weight member and the weight element selectively, two followers are rotatably engaged in each of the housings and each include a gear engaged with the catches for moving the catches to engage with the panels and to anchor the housings to the weight member and the weight element respectively.

An exercise system including a tower and a translatable and rotatable display is disclosed. The tower is a free-standing unit and includes a mast that supports the display at a sufficient height or elevation, for example above a front panel of the system's housing. A carriage assembly couples the display to the mast to enable translation of the display between two positions, and the display mount is further configured to enable rotation of the display between a portrait orientation and an landscape orientation when the display is in the second position. In some embodiments, rotation of the display is substantially inhibited by the system's housing, for example the front panel, when the display is in the first position.

A collapsible and adjustable incline exercise bench comprising a fixed bench frame including a first channel configured to receive a first incline support member and a second channel configured to receive a second incline support member. Training apparatus comprises exercise equipment mounted to a side surface or a roof of a land vehicle or for mounting to a surface such as a wall of a building or ship. The exercise equipment comprises a support structure which is attached to the surface or roof. In some embodiments the support structure is maneuverable by pivoting with respect to the surface or roof, whilst remaining attached thereto, between a stowed condition and an exercising condition.

An apparatus for teaching baseball pitching includes a substantially flat panel having a substantially rectangular shape with adjustable height and width dimensions. A portable game where balls are rolled over a ramp at targets. The game incorporates aspects of bocce ball with the additional challenge of a ramp and different types of targets. The game can roll up into an easily transportable package with all game pieces stored inside the roll. The roll can then be deployed to act as a portion of the game's playing surface in any suitable location. The game consists of balls, a runner, a ramp, and different forms of targets. The runner could be made of slats, fabric, or other materials that are flexible and can be rolled. The balls are similar to bocce balls but could be lighter or smaller for easy transport.

An exercise system is disclosed that includes a storage apparatus or like item having an interior area, and a reformer pivotably coupled thereto to transition between an in-use position for use as exercise equipment and a stowed position. The reformer includes at least one telescoping rail having a first end and a second end, at least one ground support apparatus configured to support the at least one rail and raise the at least one rail from a ground surface, and a carriage movably engaged with the at least one rail to translate between the first end and the second end of the at least one rail. A variable resistance system is disposed in the storage apparatus, the variable resistance system comprising at least one tension member that imposes tension or resistance on an operator of the carriage.
