Wireless electronic table game scoreboard
A method of operating an electronic basketball scoreboard apparatus is disclosed. The method includes receiving a game parameter; operating a basketball game based upon the received game parameter; receiving a first indication of a ball passing through a first basketball hoop; receiving a second indication of a ball passing through a second basketball hoop; determining a first score of the basketball game based on the first indication from the first score sensor; determining a second score of the basketball game based on the second indication from the second score sensor; recording video of the basketball game; transmitting the recorded video; and transmitting the first score and the second score.
FAST-ROPE TRAINING APPARATUS
A training apparatus for fast-rope training includes a platform-supporting structure having one or more containers and at least one platform configured for use in fast-rope training. At least one attachment is provided for attaching a fast-rope. The platform-supporting structure is supportable by a surface. The at least one attachment is located higher than the platform and spaced laterally from the platform-supporting structure such that the at least one attachment overhangs the surface so a fast rope can hang from the at least one attachment, past the platform and toward the surface.
PORTABLE DRILL INSTRUCTOR FOR A SPORT
A method for portable drill instruction for a sport can include: capturing a live video of a player of the sport in a venue for the sport playing a ball launched from a ball machine during a training drill for the player conducted in the venue; determining in response to the live video whether or not the player satisfies a training goal of the training drill when playing the ball; and providing a real-time feedback to the player during the training drill that indicates to the player whether or not the training goal is satisfied.
VERTICALLY DEPLOYED SPORTS GOAL
A retractable sports goal includes a base housing and a goal frame. The housing includes first and second post sections and a crossbar housing section. The goal frame includes first and second goal posts and a crossbar. The goal frame has a playing position and a retracted position. In the playing position the crossbar is extended vertically away from the crossbar housing section and the first and second goal posts are respectively extended from the first and second goal post housing sections. In the retracted position the crossbar is disposed in the crossbar housing section and the first and second goal posts are respectively disposed in the first and second goal post housing sections. A cover plate includes portions that surround the goal posts. Wheels may be attached to the bottom portions of the goal posts. A counter-weight may be provided to bias the goal frame towards the playing position.
INSTANT MULTIFUNCTIONAL GOLF PRACTICING TENT
A method and system for an instant multifunctional tent having a tent for accepting golf balls that are launched into the tent, a collapsible frame structure for providing structural support for the instant tent, one or more receiving net(s) coupled to the tent ceiling, and extending loosely towards the floor, and a quick set-up and take-down (instant) hub for quickly launching the tent from the folded position into a fully built or expanded position and for quickly collapsing the fully built or expanded instant tent into the fully folded position so that the instant tent may be easily stored and transported. The receiving nets increase golf practicing safety by ensuring the golf ball never penetrating the back panel and causing damages. Additional receiving nets not only further ensure that but also add advanced features like tracking and simulating the trajectory of the golf ball if shot on a real golf court.
Computer implemented American soccer training and evaluation method and system
A computer-implemented American soccer training and evaluation method that includes subjecting a drilling user to pre-defined drilling protocol(s) of a plurality of American soccer drilling assemblies and obtain, from each pre-defined drilling protocol(s) of the plurality of American soccer drilling assemblies and from at least one sensor on each of the assemblies, at least one user physical characteristic of the drilling user. The user physical characteristic is communicated to an administrative server over a network, where it is stored and used to create a drilling user performance profile having individualized performance comparisons with respect to the at least one user physical characteristic of the drilling user and a performance benchmark. Then, the drilling user performance profile is communicated to at least one of a plurality of electronic computing devices of a plurality of consuming users for evaluation and review.
DEVICE FOR FASTENING A HOLDING BAR TO A TRAMPOLINE
The invention relates to a device (1) for fastening a holding bar (4) to a trampoline (2), comprising: a housing (6), which comprises a receptacle (10) for the holding bar (4) and a receptacle (11) for a base (5) of the trampoline (2), wherein the receptacles (10, 11) are designed such that a rigid connection can be produced between the trampoline base (5) and the holding bar (4). Moreover, a limit stop (12) is provided which, in the assembled state of the device (1), bears on an inner side of the ring-shaped frame (3) of the trampoline (2) and is fastened to the housing (6).
Table Tennis Collection System
A table tennis collection system is provided. The system may utilize a collection element having a horizontally elongate shape with a first end and an opposing second end. The collection element may have a first net element extending from the first end to the second end. The system may further utilize a first collection pocket disposed at the first end and a second collection pocket disposed at the second end. The first collection pocket may have a second net element and the second collection pocket may have a third net element. The system may further utilize a first support element disposed between the first collection pocket and the collection element at the first end and a second support element disposed between the second collection pocket and the collection element at the second end.
BOXING BAG FRAME ASSEMBLY
A boxing bag frame assembly includes a rectangular perimeter frame formed by perimeter frame members raised from the ground and supported by support posts, and a movable cross member which extends between two opposing perimeter frame members. Both ends of the cross member include roller assemblies which are movable along the frame members, thus allowing the cross member to be movable along the frame members. The cross member further includes a bag mount which also includes a roller assembly, such that the bag mount is movable along the cross member. The movability of the bag mount and the cross member allows a boxing bag to pivot, rotate, or swing relative to the bag mount as well as move in the space within perimeter frame in a first direction and a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.
