When the initial position is located in a second preset area, it is determined that the at least one second touch operation is an invalid operation. When the initial position is located in a third preset area, the virtual joystick control is controlled according to the at least one second touch operation to control the movement of the virtual character. The present disclosure improves the operation efficiency of a game as well as the experience of a player during game playing.
