EDIBLE SPINNING TOP FOR DOMESTICATED ANIMAL
20190069521 · 2019-03-07 ·

Edible spinning tops for domesticated animals are presented including: a spindle formed along a central axis; a body formed symmetrically and radially about the central axis and forming an annular cavity about the spindle; a protrusion positioned along the central axis and disposed along the body opposite the spindle; and retaining structures positioned separately along the spindle each forming a raised barrier and a retention valley therebetween, where the spindle protrudes above the body, and where the spindle, the body, and the protrusion include an edible, desiccated, and brittle composition. In some embodiments, an edible ring captured along the retention valley between the retaining structures about the spindle.

An adaptor for stacking spinner assemblies is disclosed. The adaptor comprises a first section, where the first section has a cylindrical outer surface defined by a radius R1. The adaptor further comprises a second section opposite the first section, where the second section has a cylindrical outer surface defined by a radius R1 and is aligned substantially concentrically with the first section. The first section is configured to extend into a bore of a first spinner assembly bearing and the second section is configured to extend into a bore of a second spinner assembly bearing. A stackable spinner assembly is also disclosed that comprises a bearing, a body, and an adaptor.

Spinning top toy

A top toy includes a shaft part, a trunk part, and a top tip cover. The trunk part is detachably configured on the shaft part. The top tip cover is detachably configured on the shaft part at a longitudinal end. The shaft part includes a first engagement part being movably configured between a raised position and a lowered position in an axial direction and a second engagement part. The top tip includes a third engagement part being configured to be engaged by rotating in a first direction with the second engagement part to prevent the shaft part from separating from the trunk part in the axial direction. The top tip cover includes a fourth engagement part being configured to be engaged with the first engagement part to prevent the top tip cover from rotating in a second direction with respect to the shaft part.

A spinning device, such as a top, that can selectively spin about a central axis of rotation. The spinning device has a body that contains a fluid chamber that is visible through at least part of the body. A plurality of liquids are held within the fluid chamber. Some solid objects can also be mixed within the liquids. At least some of the plurality of liquids have different densities. Accordingly, when the spinning device spins about a central axis of rotation, centripetal forces are generated that cause at least some of said plurality of liquids to migrate to different distances from the central axis of rotation. At least some of the liquids are different colors and are insoluble with one another. Accordingly, the liquids produce a pattern of separate bands that can be seen through the body of the device.
