Provided is a desulfurization device including: an absorption tower (10); and a spray pipe (20) disposed inside the absorption tower (10). The spray pipe (20) includes: a cylindrical pipe portion (21), the leading end of which is closed; and an attachment flange (24) attached to the pipe portion (21). The absorption tower (10) includes: an opening hole (14e) opening toward the side; and a flange (14a) disposed around the opening hole (14e). The attachment flange (24) and the flange (14a) are detachably attached.

The present invention relates to a system for reducing fine dust floating in the air and, more specifically, to a system for reducing fine dust, the system comprising: a plurality of cranes installed side by side and standing on, for example, a bridge or a riverside; water spray nozzles for obliquely spraying water drop particles up to a height of 80 to 130 m, respectively, from the upper ends of the cranes; water supply means for supplying high-pressure water to the water spray nozzles; and a control unit for controlling each of the cranes, the water spray nozzles, and the water supply means. By forming continuous artificial water walls, having a width of 30 to 60 m and made of the water drop particles sprayed from the water spray nozzles, in a region through which fine dust passes, pleasant living spaces free of fine dust can at least be provided in major living spaces within 40 to 60 m above ground level.

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CLEANING A GAS STREAM

A device, such as a wet scrubber for cleaning a stream of gas by removing gaseous, liquid and solid impurities, has a gas inlet and a gas outlet. At the gas inlet there is a first structured packing. A spray-scrubber area with atomizing nozzles is provided above the first structured packing. A first demister is provided for separating larger drops above the spray-scrubber area. A woven fabric is above the first demister, and spray nozzles are arranged around this woven fabric to spray washing liquid in the direction of the gas stream onto the surface of the woven fabric. A final demister is located above the woven fabric and has a demister rinsing apparatus. The device may be used to dispose of industrial waste gases encountered in the semiconductor industry, particularly for the disposal of waste gases stemming from CVD processes in microelectronics production.

The apparatus may further include a second storage unit configured to store second discharged material containing the exhausted liquid from which at least a part of the particle matter has been removed. The heating unit may heat the second storage unit.
