A rain water filter is disclosed. The rain water filter includes a horizontal inlet and a horizontally arranged residual water outlet which are slightly offset in relation to each other. A pipe with a longitudinal slot connects to the inlet and the pipe leads into the residual water outlet. An adhesive filter which is in the form of a tunnel-shaped half-shell is arranged below the longitudinal slot, where the lateral walls are the filter surfaces of the filter. Due to the adhesion effect, the water which flows past is suctioned inwards where it passes through the longitudinal opening into a tank and from there, for example, into a cistern via a filter water outlet. The water running off from the side walls is collected on the base of the hollow cylinder and from there is guided to the residual water outlet.

Inside a tank body storing a liquid, a return filter is provided protruding downward from an upper surface of the tank body, and a substantially plate-like (plate-shaped) float is also provided that is inserted into the tank body and floats in accordance with change in a liquid surface of the liquid stored in the tank body. The float is provided with an opening larger than a diameter of a filter case, and in a plan view, the float is disposed between the tank body and the filter case.

Disclosed is an apparatus for removing air and particles, such as dirt, from a fluid which includes, inter alia, an elongated pressure vessel that has a vessel wall that defines an interior chamber and a vertical axis for the apparatus. Inlet and outlet ports are formed in the vessel wall, the inlet port allowing fluid to enter the interior chamber and the outlet port allowing conditioned fluid to exit the interior chamber of the pressure vessel. A plurality of concentrically arranged cylindrical mesh screen elements are positioned within the interior chamber that release entrained air from the fluid entering the interior chamber. Additionally, a cylindrical tube is positioned within the concentrically arranged mesh screen elements for removing particles from the fluid entering the interior chamber. In certain embodiments the apparatus includes a magnetic particle collector.

A laundry washing machine having a washing tub in which a drum for receiving laundry is arranged, a filter, and an outlet duct fluidically connecting the washing tub and the filter. The filter comprises a filter seat and a filter body insertable/inserted on the filter seat, and the filter body is built in a once-piece design as a monolithic body with two hemi-shells that are connected to each other by at least one deformable connection element.
