A flow back system for separating solids from a slurry recovered from a hydrocarbon well. The system includes a V-shaped tank with a first series of baffles configured to cause the settling of solids that are moved by a shaftless auger to a conduit fluidly connected to hydrocyclones mounted over a linear shaker. The overflow from the hydrocyclones is discharged through a second conduit back into the tank for processing by a second series of baffles resulting in a clean effluent. The clean effluent is recirculated in the well.

Apparatuses, methods, and systems for vibratory screening

Vibratory screening machines that include stacked screening deck assemblies are provided. In some embodiments, at least one of the vibratory screening machines may include an outer frame, an inner frame connected to the outer frame, and a vibratory motor assembly secured to the inner frame for vibrating the inner frame. A plurality of screen deck assemblies may be attached to the inner frame in a stacked arrangement, each configured to receive replaceable screen assemblies. The screen assemblies may be secured to respective ones of the plurality of the screen deck assemblies by tensioning the screen assemblies in a direction that a material to be screened flows across the screen assemblies. An undersized material discharge assembly may be configured to receive materials that pass through the screen assemblies, and an oversized material discharge assembly having a deflector may be configured to receive materials that pass over the screen assemblies.

Drilling fluid reclaimer

The present invention is directed to a drilling fluid reclaimer. The reclaimer has at least one adjustable screen assembly for providing a leveling filter for reclaimed drill fluid. Used drill fluid is placed at the screen assembly at the front the of the screen assembly. The at least one screen is vibrated to separate large particulate matter from liquid drilling fluid. A second screen is provided for additional filtering. Large particulate matter is expelled by a chute at the back of the screen assembly. Drilling fluid passing through the screen is “reclaimed” for use with a drilling system.

SHALE SHAKERS AND RELATED METHODS

A shale shaker for separating formation cuttings from a drilling fluid includes a basket and a screen deck positioned within the basket. The screen deck includes a plurality of screens positioned on a plurality of screen supports, such that each screen is positioned on a corresponding one of the plurality of screen supports. Each screen includes a top side, a bottom side opposite the top side, and a mounting bracket positioned along the bottom side. The mounting bracket includes a pair of parallel first support members and a clamping bar coupled to and extending between the pair of first support members. Each screen support includes a pair of parallel second support members and a latch assembly including a hook assembly positioned between the pair of second support members. The hook assembly is configured to engage with the clamping bar to secure the screen to the screen support.
