A filter system for a vacuum cleaner is disclosed. The system comprises a housing reconfigurable relative to a bin between an operative configuration in which the housing is disposed upon the bin so that dirt separated from dirt-laden air can collect in the bin, and an idle configuration in which the housing is removed from the bin. The housing comprises an inlet for receiving dirt-laden air into the housing, an outlet via which cleaned air can exit the housing. The system further comprises first filtering means and second filtering means disposed within the housing, the first filtering means being positioned upstream of the second filtering means. The first and second filtering means comprises a filter medium configured to separate dirt from the dirt-laden air passing from the inlet to the outlet through the filter medium. The system further comprises filter cleaning means for removing dirt from the filter medium of the first filtering means when the housing is configured at least in the operative configuration.

An oil separator includes a cover attached to an opening portion on a discharge side of a compressor, a discharge flow path formed in an inside of the cover, and an oil separation portion configured to separate an oil from a fluid that has flowed out from the discharge flow path. A dividing wall portion partitions an internal space facing the opening portion into a plurality of spaces. The dividing wall portion is provided in the inside of the cover. The internal space is a discharge space into which a high-pressure gas refrigerant discharged from the compressor flows. Each of the plurality of spaces faces a high-pressure chamber in the opening portion so as to be in direct communication with the high-pressure chamber.

A power tool having a power tool housing, a motor, a tool moved relative to the housing by the motor, a fan rotated by the motor such that a fluid flow with debris generated by tool is moved into the fluid inlet by the fan and through the discharge outlet, and a filter that is removably attached to the power tool housing. The power tool housing includes a fluid inlet and a discharge outlet. The filter includes a filter media for separating the debris from the flow of fluid. The filter media defines a collection container for storing the debris. The filter also includes an opening through which the flow of fluid with the debris enters the collection container, and a valve that is moveable between a closed position, in which the opening is closed, and an open position, in which the opening is open. The valve includes a duckbill check valve.

A filter unit (100) includes a rigid filter block (1) that filters out a gas or particles from a gas mixture flowing through the filter unit (100). The filter block (1) has two end faces (Sf.a, Sf.e) and a shell surface (M). A housing including a pot (4) and a cover (2) surrounds the filter block (1). The pot (4) includes a base (4.1) and a tube (4.2). A gap (Sp) occurs between the tube (4.2) of the pot (4) and the shell surface (M) of the filter block (1). Between one end face (Sf.a) of the filter block (1) and the base (4.1) of the pot (4) there is a flat inner area (3.1) of a deformable damping layer (3). An outer area (3.2) of the damping layer (3) surrounds the inner area (3.1) in a circular ring form and is located in the gap (Sp).

Dust filter

A dust filter includes a filter medium configured to filter foreign substances, such as dust, from atmospheric air. The dust filter also includes a case within which the filter medium is disposed. A first chamber in the case on one side of the filter medium defines a clean side, and a second chamber in the case on the other side of the filter medium defines a dirty side. The case includes a first port that provides fluid communication between the first chamber and the air passage, and a second port that provides fluid communication between the second chamber and the surrounding atmosphere. The second port is configured to allow water accumulated in the case to drain to the outside of the case by gravity while the case is mounted on the vehicle.

A filtering device, a generator and a wind turbine generator system are provided. The filtering device comprises a force-bearing cover plate, a surrounding plate, a first filter screen structure, a second filter screen structure and a filter cartridge; the force-bearing cover plate and the surrounding plate enclose an accommodation space for filling the filter cartridge, the surrounding plate forming at least a part of a side wall of the accommodation space; the first filter screen structure is provided on an upper side of the filter cartridge, is located on a lower side of the force-bearing cover plate, and substantially covers an upper side surface of the filter cartridge; and the second filter screen structure is provided at a lower side of the filter cartridge, and covers a lower side surface of the filter cartridge.

An air filter includes: a pleated filter material folded into a zig-zag form at folding lines along a first direction to have peak parts and valley parts arising alternately in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, trapping fine particles in a gaseous matter flowing in a gas flow direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction; a filter frame being a rectangular filter frame including one pair of first frame materials facing each other in the second direction having end parts in the first direction, and one pair of second frame materials facing each other in the first direction having end parts in the second direction, opening in the gas flow direction and housing the pleated filter material, each of the first frame materials and each of the second frame materials being combined to provide an overlap part.
