AIR FILTRATION SYSTEM
An air filtration system includes a main body having a flow path; a first filter portion provided on the flow path and having a first body portion; a plurality of protrusions distributed and disposed on the first body portion; and a plurality of first through holes passing through the first body portion and interposed between the adjacent protrusions; wherein when an external fluid flows in the flow path, the external fluid passes through the protrusions first and then passes through each of the first through holes, so that the flowing external fluid is hindered by the protrusions, and thus a flow velocity at a position adjacent to the protrusions is lower than a flow velocity flowing through the first through holes, thereby vortices are respectively generated between orifices of the first through holes and the adjacent protrusions.
The present invention discloses an air filtration system including: a main body having a flow path; a first filter portion provided on the flow path and having a first body portion; a plurality of protrusions distributed and disposed on the first body portion; and a plurality of first through holes passing through the first body portion and interposed between the adjacent protrusions; wherein when an external fluid flows in the flow path, the external fluid passes through the protrusions first and then passes through each of the first through holes, so that the flowing external fluid is hindered by the protrusions, and thus a flow velocity at a position adjacent to the protrusions is lower than a flow velocity flowing through the first through holes, thereby vortices are respectively generated between orifices of the first through holes and the adjacent protrusions, so that particulates contained in the external fluid stay in static areas outside the vortices.
FILTER ASSEMBLY
The present invention relates to a filter assembly in which a filter, having a plurality of micropores i.e. openings, which are open in a thickness direction thereof in a state of being extended horizontally or inclinedly with respect to a flow direction of a fluid containing solid foreign substances and have a tapered shape gradually narrowing from upstream ends to downstream ends thereof, is installed communicatively with an upstream end of a branch pipe interposed in a portion of a flow pipe through which the fluid containing the solid foreign substances flows so as to form, in conjunction with the flow pipe, a filtered flow path which passes through the filter and an unfiltered flow path which does not pass through the filter. Therefore, the problem can be solved.
Compact gas-liquid filtration cyclone separation unit
Disclosed is a compact separation system suitable for separating components of a multiphase fluid stream. The compact separation system utilizes a cylindrical cyclone in conjunction with a filtration system. The filtration system incorporates filtration media having at least one of the following characteristics: hydrophilic-oleophobic characteristics or oleophilic-hydrophobic characteristics. The separation system is configured to substantially preclude gas under-carrying into the liquid conduit lines.

Apparatus for additive manufacturing of three-dimensional objects
An apparatus for additive manufacturing of three-dimensional objects by successive, selective layer-by-layer exposure and thus successive, selective layer-by-layer solidification of construction material layers of construction material that can be solidified by means of an energy beam, comprising a filter device provided for filtering process gas arising in the course of performing additive construction processes in a process chamber of the apparatus, wherein the filter device comprises several filter modules with a filter module housing each, wherein every filter module housing comprises a filter body receiving room configured with a defined geometry provided for receiving a defined number of filter bodies configured with a defined geometry, wherein every filter module comprises connection interfaces on the filter module via which it is or can be connected, if required, to defined connection areas of a pipe structure of the apparatus that is or can be flown through by the process gas.
E-CIGARETTE WITH VALVE ALLOWING EXHALE FILTER
An electronic cigarette particularly adaptable to vaporize liquid material also having exhale filter function is disclosed herein. The exhale function is useful to prevent second hand smoke in an enclosed environment, for example. An innovative diverter valve assembly comprises a unique duckbill valve configuration diverting air through a cooker chamber and into a mouthpiece in an inhale function and diverting exhaled air around the cooker chamber in the exhale function and through a filter assembly. A preferred embodiment further introduces a unique shape to the smoking instrument being elliptical in the cross-section and tapering to proximal and distal ends.
Reservoir Inlet Air Cleaning System
When drawing down drinking water stored in an enclosed reservoir, air must be utilized to displace the drawn-down drinking water in order to ensure an acceptable level of drinking water outflow. If the intake air is not clean, or if debris is carried by the intake air into the reservoir tank, contamination of the drinking water may commence. Such contamination or build-up of unwanted particulates is obviously not desirable. The reservoir inlet air cleaning system serves to prevent potentially contaminating materials carried by the atmosphere from entering the reservoir tank. The system is scalable to reservoirs of all sizes, and thus may be customized for a particular use or for a particular location. An exemplary embodiment of the reservoir inlet air cleaning system may include a filtration unit, an air conduit, a means for controlling air intake so that other potential points of air inlet are closed off, means for controlling both condensate accumulation and contamination in the air conduit (and the reservoir tank), and means for preventing partial vacuum conditions and over-pressure conditions within the reservoir tank (or the air conduit) so as to avoid damage that may be caused by partial vacuum conditions and over-pressure conditions.

APPARATUS FOR KEEPING GERMS AWAY WHILE EXTINGUISHING CANDLES
A device for keeping germs away from food is presented. The device has a tube with an inner portion, an outer portion, a proximal end and a distal end. A first opening of the tube that is coupled to the proximal end of the tube. A second opening of the tube that is coupled to the distal end of the tube. A filter is placed in the tube between the first and second openings to filter the germs from the air being blown.
Flushing Bypass System
A flushing bypass system, particularly for use in a district or communal heating system, has a primary circuit 2 capable of supplying heat to a secondary circuit 10, the secondary circuit normally supplying heating through radiators 11 and/or hot water from tank 14 for occupants. The primary circuit has a furcated strainer 3 upstream from at least one heat exchanger and a limb of the furcated strainer is connected to a heat exchanger bypass assembly. The bypass assembly comprises a valve 21, which may be a timer valve, a manual valve or a smart valve, having an input 20 connected to the furcated strainer and an output 24 connected back into the primary circuit downstream of the heat exchanger. When the valve 21 is closed fluid passes through the furcated strainer to the heat exchanger and when the valve is open, fluid bypasses the heat exchanger and flushes contaminants from the furcated strainer back to the primary circuit downstream of the heat exchanger.
