Non-cylindrical filter and side entry air cleaner incorporating the same
A filter element is provided that is preferably a side entry air filter having an air filter media pack, a housing seal and a frame that has a clamping projection, a pivot projection and/or guide members. The clamping projection can define a non-linear bearing surface that may be chevron shaped to provide for interface and potential alignment benefits. The housing seal may be a wave seal that undulates.
BATHROOM MANAGEMENT APPARATUS
A bathroom management apparatus may include a case having an air suction port formed in an upper portion of a front surface thereof, a first air discharge port formed in a lower portion of the front surface thereof, and a second air discharge port formed in a lower surface thereof. A suction vane opens or closes the air suction port, and first and second discharge vanes opens or closes the first and second air discharge ports, respectively. A duct is provided in the case to connect the air suction port, the first air discharge port and the second air discharge port to one another. A blowing fan is provided in the duct to suck air through the air suction port and blow the air to the first air discharge port and the second air discharge port. A heater heats the air in the duct.
AIR CLEANING MODULE
An air cleaning module includes a filter, a fan, a light source unit, a housing and a guide structure. The fan is configured to provide a suction direction and a blowing direction of a fluid which are substantially aligned. The light source unit is arranged to be adjacent to the filter to emit a light toward the filter. The light having a property that sterilizes a contaminant source in a fluid. The housing includes a fluid passage space. The guide structure is arranged between the fan and the filter and configured to guide a fluid to move along a fluid passage path set by the guide structure. The filter and the light source unit are arranged in the fluid passage space such that the light source unit sterilizes a fluid as a fluid flows toward the light source unit.
Pellicle Frame, Pellicle, Pellicle-Attached Exposure Original Plate, Method for Manufacturing Semiconductor, Method for Manufacturing Liquid Crystal Display Plate, and Exposure Method
The present invention provides: a pellicle frame for EUV exposure characterized in that the pellicle frame is provided with at least one ventilation part, and a filter having a porous membrane coated with a resin is attached inside the ventilation part; a pellicle characterized in that a pellicle film is stretched on the pellicle frame; a pellicle-attached exposure original plate for EUV exposure characterized in that the pellicle is attached to the exposure original plate; a method for manufacturing a semiconductor; a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display plate; and an exposure method. The pellicle frame of the present invention is sufficiently resistant to hydrogen radicals during EUV exposure.
Personal protection equipment (PPE)) for air purification
A personal protection equipment (PPE) for air purification is disclosed. The PPE includes an apparatus. The apparatus includes a filter and a scrubber unit. The filter is configured to filter the air for removing dust from the air. The scrubber unit is configured to purify the air before a user breaths the air. The scrubber unit includes a sparger through which the filtered air is pumped and bubbled in a water solution of polymer to trap remaining contaminants in the air and the contaminants free or improved quality air is sent to the user for breathing.

FILTER SYSTEM FOR WATER AND GAS REMOVAL AND SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
Disclosed are embodiments of a cabin filter system including a sorbent material for removing gas and/or water from a cabin. The filter system also includes at least one heater configured to transmit thermal energy (e.g., microwave energy) to the sorbent material. Also disclosed are methods of using such filter systems.
PLEATED FILTER ELEMENT FOR AIR FILTER
The present disclosure relates to pleated filter element comprising: a pleated filter media comprising a major upstream face and a major downstream face and comprising a plurality of oppositely-facing pleats extending between said major upstream face and said major downstream face such that the pleated filter media comprises a first corrugated edge and a second corrugated edge and a first noncormgated edge and a second noncormgated edge, wherein the pleated filter media comprises a main pleat section and a first edge pleat section at the first noncormgated edge, wherein the length of the first edge pleat section is less than 50% of the total length of the pleated filter element between the first noncormgated edge and the second noncormgated edge, and/or wherein the maximum pleat height in the first edge pleat section is lower than the maximum pleat height in the main pleat section. The present disclosure further relates to an air filter comprising the pleated filter element in a casing.
Apparatuses, Systems, and Methods for Heating with Electromagnetic Waves
Apparatuses, systems, and methods for heating a fluid or other material. The apparatuses may include a container (e.g., tube) in which a susceptor material is disposed. The susceptor material may convert microwave energy to heat, which may increase the temperature of a fluid or material in or adjacent the tube.
