An air filter device of an industrial machine in which an air filter is arranged in a filtered portion of the industrial machine is provided, the air filter device includes: a first operation unit which transports the long air filter toward the filtered portion; a second operation unit which collects the air filter transported from the first operation unit and used in the filtered portion; and a control unit which controls the drive of the first operation unit and the second operation unit and the control unit includes a first determination unit which determines whether or not the air filter in the first operation unit is about to run out or runs out, and outputs, when the first determination unit determines that the air filter is about to run out or runs out, a signal indicating that the air filter needs to be replaced.

A vacuum filter apparatus is used to induce the influx of polluted air through a replaceable motor driven filter to remove airborne particulate pollutants. The apparatus comprises a frame with an inlet and outlet. The filter is covering the inlet while a vacuum generator is mounted on a hinged lid that covers the outlet. The filter is stretched over a drive roller and wrapped around a passive roller. The driver roller is connected to a motor through a gear box. The vacuum generator includes at least one blower that induces negative pressure inside the frame. The exhaust pipe includes multiple air outlets. The air exhaust devices align with the air outlets respectively. The conveyor includes a first delivery circuit extending through the air outlets and a second delivery circuit connecting the first delivery circuit. The filtering net extends through the first delivery circuit and the second delivery circuit. The tank washing device is arranged in the second delivery circuit and includes a liquid tank. The filtering net is moved between the first delivery circuit and the second delivery circuit to perform two-stage purifying circulation to drain a purified gas from the air exhaust devices.

The invention is directed to replacement media advancing air filter in air handling units with a flow channel. The filter having a housing and an exposure slot with filter media storage area that has an unexposed pleated, folded filter media portion stored therein. The filter media portion being folded and stacked in and compactly held at least in part within the storage area. A motor is coupled to a power supply and in communication with a controller. The motor moves a movement member that moves a portion of the filter media from a stored state in the storage area into the exposure slot and is exposed to the air in the air flow channel creating an exposed portion of the filter media. The exposed portion is collected within a containment area as a further portion of media is moved into the exposure slot to replace the exposed portion therein.

The invention is directed to replacement media advancing air filter in air handling units with a flow channel. The present invention discloses a prefiltration structure for filter element and an air purifier, comprising: a first transmission belt, a second transmission belt, a first transmission gear, a prefiltration belt having opposing windward and leeward portions, and a driving member. The prefiltration belt is arranged at a side of a filter element to pre-filter the air entering the filter element, thereby reducing the frequency of cleaning or replacement of the filter element. When impurities are accumulated on the windward portion of the prefiltration belt, the driving member outputs power to drive the first transmission belt and the second transmission belt to rotate synchronously, thereby driving the prefiltration belt to rotate simultaneously. Meanwhile, a scraping member scrapes off the impurities accumulated on a surface of the prefiltration belt into an accommodation chamber, so that the prefiltration belt is cleaned.

The present invention discloses a prefiltration structure for filter element and an air purifier, comprising: a first transmission belt, a second transmission belt, a first transmission gear, a prefiltration belt having opposing windward and leeward portions, and a driving member. The prefiltration belt is arranged at a side of a filter element to pre-filter the air entering the filter element, thereby reducing the frequency of cleaning or replacement of the filter element.
