Delivery box system and method
According to embodiments disclosed herein, there is provided a delivery box system to deliver a commodity material. In various instances, a single auger configuration, a dual auger configuration, a vertical auger configuration and/or further configurations or combinations of configurations are contemplated as described. One or more auger facilitates the metered release of the commodity material and ameliorates jamming of the commodity material against aspects of the delivery box system.

A method for manufacturing a product in the form of a sheet or a block, including: preparing an initial mixture including one or more stones or a stone-like granular material having a selected particle size and a binder; depositing a layer of the initial mixture having a predetermined thickness onto a surface of a conveyor belt; performing prepressing and finally obtaining a roughly formed material; systematically depositing layers of initial mixtures onto surface of the conveyor belt in parallel, making each layer not superposed in a direction perpendicular to surface of the conveyor belt, but arranged in sequence in a direction of width of the conveyor belt to form a multi-component or composite mixture structure; conveyor belt conveys the multi-component or composite mixture into a rotated container or support member; after discharged from the rotated container or support member, a final mixture is conveyed to perform subsequent pre-compression and hardening.
MIXING DEVICE
A mixing device includes a base, a side tube and a primary extruder screw. The base includes an upper case body and a lower case body cooperating with each other to define an accommodating space. The upper case body has a first inlet and a second inlet communicating with the accommodating space and adapted respectively for passage of two materials into the accommodating space therethrough. The lower case body has a third inlet communicating with the accommodating space. The side tube cooperates with the third inlet to be adapted for passage of elastic fillers into the accommodating space therethrough. The primary extruder screw is operable for mixing the elastic fillers with a reaction product made by the two materials to form a molding material.

A production device for manufacturing a product in the form of a sheet or a block, including: an initial agitator (1), a primary conveyor belt (2) and a mixing agitator (3); each of initial agitators (1) is configured with the primary conveyor belt (2), one or more stones or a stone-like granular material having a selected particle size and a binder are initially mixed in the initial agitator (1) and then an initial mixture is obtained; the mixing agitator (3) includes a rotating container for undertaking a material; the initial mixture is conveyed to the mixing agitator (3) through the primary conveyor belt (2); more than one initial agitator and matched primary conveyor belts thereof are disposed around the mixing agitator (3) at intervals.
Silica dust mitigation and recirculation system and associated methods
The present disclosure includes embodiments of a recirculation system and methods for mitigating release of silica dust at a hydrocarbon well site. The embodiments of the recirculation system may include a blender hopper, one or more proppant silos, a footed hood, a conveyor, one or more amplifiers, one or more compressed air sources, one or more vacuum hoses, an augur, and a blender. In one or more embodiments, the methods of recirculating silica dust to mitigate the release of silica dust includes conveying sand proppant on a conveyor from the one or more proppant silos to a blender hopper, directing sand proppant from the conveyor into the blender hopper, supplying compressed air to one or more amplifiers, directing sand proppant from the blender hopper to a blender via an augur, and adjusting the extent of at least one of the two or more leg segments and the leg adjustment arrangement.
Proppant metering and loading in a hydraulic fracturing blender
A proppant metering and loading apparatus for a hydraulic fracturing blender unit is provided. A continuous loop conveyor belt receives proppant from a source location on the blender, such as a hopper, and delivers the proppant to a blender device of the blender. A measurement device (e.g. weigh scale) measures and provides an indication of amount (e.g. weight, volume and/or density) of the proppant delivered to the blender device by the conveyor belt.
Site Heavy Metal Contaminated Soil Treatment Equipment and Treatment Method Therefor
An on-site heavy metal contaminated soil treatment apparatus, comprising a sampling system, a molding system, a heat processing system and a tail gas processing system disposed in sequence. The sampling system includes a bucket elevator and a planetary stirring device which are connected in sequence and are disposed on a mobile platform of the sampling system. The apparatus is easy to move and assemble, has a small floor area, and can be built on a target contaminated site, reducing transportation costs and the risk of secondary contamination. The entire process performed by the apparatus proceeds automatically, reducing labor costs. The planetary stirring sampling method and automatic brick blank extrusion molding process of the apparatus are applicable to various types of heavy metal contaminated soil providing high processing efficiency and good molding effect. Combined microwave heating and high-temperature steam heating provide rapid heating, small thermal inertia, and easy temperature control.
