A syringe assembly for a hydraulic fracturing system includes a syringe having a material chamber, a base fluid chamber, and a piston. The material chamber is configured to be fluidly connected to a fluid conduit. The piston retracts to draw material into the material chamber. The piston extends to push the material into the fluid conduit. The syringe assembly includes a diverter fluidly connected to the base fluid chamber and moveable between first and second positions. The first position of the diverter fluidly connects the base fluid chamber to a base fluid reservoir of the hydraulic fracturing system and fluidly disconnects the base fluid chamber from an outlet of a frac pump of the hydraulic fracturing system. The second position of the diverter fluidly connects the base fluid chamber to the outlet of the frac pump and fluidly disconnects the base fluid chamber from the base fluid reservoir.

A high-pressure pump is in fluid communication with the low-pressure pump and compresses the liquid fuel water emulsion from the low pressure to a high pressure for injecting the liquid fuel water emulsion into an internal combustion engine of the motor vehicle via an injection rail of the motor vehicle. A pump drive drives the low-pressure pump and the high-pressure pump synchronously with a pump frequency independently from an engine speed of the internal combustion engine of the motor vehicle.

A preparation apparatus includes a first tank, a second tank, a preparation tank, and a computer having a hardware processor. The first tank contains a first liquid. The second tank contains a second liquid having a lower viscosity than the first liquid. The preparation tank stirs the first liquid supplied from the first tank and the second liquid supplied from the second tank to prepare a preparation liquid. The hardware processor measures a viscosity of the first liquid based on a supply time required to supply a specified amount of the first liquid at a constant pressure from the first tank to the preparation tank, and supplies an amount of the second liquid to the preparation tank based on the measured viscosity of the first liquid so as to cause the preparation liquid to have a target viscosity.

The present invention includes a plurality of containers configured to contain respective specific liquids, a selection unit configured to select any one of the plurality of containers, a control unit configured to control the introduction of a selected liquid into a mixing container, and a mixing unit configured to mix various liquids introduced into the mixing container. According to the present invention, different types of liquids may be mixed together. In particular, beverages having various flavors are put into respective containers, mixed together and then drunk. Furthermore, a scale is marked on the surface of the mixing container, and thus the amount of liquid may be accurately measured, so that liquids may be mixed at an accurate ratio.

A first selected amount of a base part for the compounded material and a second selected amount of an activator part for the compounded material to form a total amount of the compounded material is determined. The first selected amount of the base part is pumped by a pump system from a set of base part sources connected to the pump system into a container. The second selected amount of the activator part is pumped by the pump system from a set of activator part sources connected to the pump system into a container. The base part and the activator part in the container are mixed by a mixing system for a predetermined amount of time that is sufficient to activate the compounded material for use.
