Manual meat shredder for empanada meats and others dishes
A machine for manual action that releases, shreds or defrays the different fibers of meat for human consumption, be it chicken, beef, pork or any other suitable animals that have fibers. These are characterized by having a bar of different shapes located on the periphery of a shaft which has a handle for manual action so that when the operator turns the handle, bars that are located linearly and equidistant on an axis rotate so that the meat pieces located in the tray enter through an opening and collide between the bars inside the casing. The rotating and fixed bars swivel between said bars and rods, allowing the bars to rotate without colliding or crossing. Through this movement, the pieces of meat are shredded or defrayed in different sizes, depending on the distance and speed between the linear bars moving and those that are fixed. Note the system may also work with either reduction gears and or a reduction motor. This shredder may be attached to the table via a vise or similar mechanism.

Spiral sorting device for kitchen waste based on hardness screening
The present invention discloses a spiral sorting device for kitchen waste based on hardness screening, and relates to the technical field of kitchen waste processing, including a housing, wherein a feed plate, a discharge plate, a gear box, and a drive motor are mounted on the outer side of the housing, two crushing rollers are mounted inside the housing, the two crushing rollers are connected to the drive motor via the gear box, a gear set is provided inside the gear box, several push plates and several sawtooth rings are mounted inside the housing, a slicing knife is mounted between the sawtooth rings, the sawtooth ring is perpendicular to the slicing knife, and linkage rings are mounted at the front end and rear end of the slicing knife. The present invention is provided with two types of crushing mechanisms. The two types of crushing mechanisms perform targeted crushing according to the hardness of the kitchen waste. In order to enable the crushed kitchen waste to reduce the time required for drying and dewatering, an extruding function is added before the crushed kitchen waste leaves the housing so as to perform preliminary dewatering on the crushed kitchen waste.

Meat shredder
An apparatus for shredding meat with a hopper and a frame. The hopper has upper and lower rotor assemblies mounted to rotate horizontally within a shredding region. Each rotor assembly is composed of an arbor and fingers arranged in paraxial rows around the arbor. Four rows of pegs extend horizontally into the shredding region. A front row and a back row are each 0.75 inch above and below, respectively, the upper rotor assembly. A back row and a front row are each 0.75 inch above and below, respectively the lower rotor assembly. The hopper is suspended in the frame, which houses the drive mechanism that rotates the rotor assemblies in opposite directions. The upper rotor assembly pushes product dropped into the shredding region into the upper back row to shred the product. The lower rotor assembly pushes the shredded product into the lower front row to further shred the product.

Mobile trash compactor and pulverizer
A mobile trash compactor and pulverizer with a light weight compaction roller. The compaction roller has support discs in which a main shaft is supported and between which is mounted an over shaft concentric with the main shaft. An inner drum is mounted on the over shaft and flanking outer drums are mounted on the main shaft with drum support rings. A disc wheel mounted on a disc support ring caps the ends of the main shaft. A reversible drive is attached to the main shaft and another independent reversible drive is attached to the over shaft. The support discs, drum support rings and disc support rings have a rim, spokes and a hub with apertures between the spokes that facilitate maintenance.
