Thin film fabricating apparatus and manufacturing method of organic light emitting device using the same
Embodiments of the invention are directed to a thin film fabricating apparatus which may be employed in mass production and may stably provide a uniform nano-order layer. An exemplary embodiment of a thin film fabricating apparatus includes: an electrode bath which contains a thin film-forming material; a plurality of needle electrodes disposed in the electrode bath; a plurality of ring electrodes disposed on the electrode bath at positions corresponding to the needle electrodes; and a substrate stand disposed opposite to the needle electrodes and the ring electrodes, where the substrate stand holds the substrate, on which a thin film is to be formed.
Coating method and coating device
The present invention is intended to solve a problem that a coating film has an uneven thickness in the case where a coating target 1 has a stepped portion extending in a predetermined direction on its coating surface. To solve the problem, a follow-up coating is performed along the stepped portion S extending in the predetermined direction after coating of the entire coating surface of the coating target 1 so that paint mist adheres more to a relatively-recessed side of the stepped portion S.

Liquid tank for an atomizer
A liquid tank for an electrostatic atomizer for liquids is provided, including a receiving space for a liquid and a delimiting wall delimiting the receiving space with respect to the surrounding area. The liquid tank further includes a self-closing valve connecting the liquid tank to the atomizer.
Electrospray device
The invention related to a device (1) for spraying charged droplets of a liquid towards a target along a spraying direction, comprising: a reservoir (10) for storing the liquid (L), a first electrode (100) being arranged at an outlet (11) of said reservoir (10), a second electrode (200) forming a counter electrode to the first electrode (100) for accelerating said droplets (D) along the spraying direction (S), and a housing (30) holding the reservoir (10) as well as said electrodes (100, 200).
Working chamber system for the surface treatment of workpieces
A working chamber system for the surface treatment of workpieces comprises at least one tightly closable work chamber (101), a frame-like workpiece holder (10, 20, 30) which is displaceable on a guide rail between a mounting position outside the work chamber (101) and a working position in the work chamber (101), and a manipulator which, as seen in plan view, is arranged next to a group of parallel guide rails within the work chamber (101). At least one of the workpiece holders (10, 20, 30) has an external frame (11, 21, 31), via which it is guided in the guide rails, and an internal frame (12, 22, 32) which is surrounded by the external frame (11, 21, 31) in a transporting position and which is displaceable into a position outside the main plane of the external frame (11, 21, 31) in the mounting position and/or the working position.
Electrodischarge apparatus
An electrodischarge apparatus has a nozzle that includes a discharge chamber that has an inlet for receiving a liquid and an outlet. The apparatus has a first electrode extending into the discharge chamber that is electrically connected to one or more high-voltage capacitors. A second electrode is proximate to the first electrode to define a gap between the first and second electrodes. A switch causes the one or more capacitors to discharge across the gap between the electrodes to create a plasma bubble which expands to form a shockwave that escapes from the nozzle ahead of the plasma bubble.
Apparatus for depositing a thin layer of polymer resist on a substrate
The present inventions relate to the formation of a thin polymer film on a substrate. Apparatus is described for transforming a solid polymer resist into an aerosol of small particles, electrostatically charging and depositing the particles onto a substrate, and flowing the particles into a continuous layer. Apparatus is further described for transforming solid resist into an aerosol of small particles by heating the resist to form a low viscosity liquid such as is compatible with nebulization and applying the techniques of jet or impact nebulization and aerosol particle sizing to form the aerosol. A method is further described of using ionized gas to confer charge onto the aerosol particles and using a progression of charging devices establish an electric field directing the flow of charged particles to the substrate. The progression of charging devices and associated apparatus results in high collection efficiency for the aerosol particles.
