The apparatus for coating systems comprises: a first feeding unit provided with first loading and unloading means of a first coating powder; a second feeding unit provided with second loading and unloading means of a second coating powder; a pump assembly associated with a spraying system for sending the first powder and the second powder into a coating booth; connecting means of the pump assembly to the first feeding unit and to the second feeding unit, variable between: a first configuration, in which the pump assembly is operatively connected to the first feeding unit for sending the first powder into the booth; and a second configuration, in which the pump assembly is operatively connected to the second feeding unit for sending the second powder into said booth.
Gas-powder separation three-phase jet flow fire monitor system
The present invention discloses a gas-powder separation three-phase jet flow fire monitor system, including a gas-powder separation three-phase fire monitor head, a filter, a nitrogen pressurization apparatus and a dry powder tank. The dry powder tank is connected to a gas-powder mixture inlet pipe of the gas-powder separation three-phase fire monitor head through a pipeline. A nitrogen outlet pipe of the gas-powder separation three-phase fire monitor head is connected with one end of the nitrogen pressurization apparatus through the filter. The other end of the nitrogen pressurization apparatus is connected with the dry powder tank. The present invention is simple in structure and convenient to use. A cyclone separation apparatus of a dry powder pipeline of the fire monitor may separate nitrogen from conveyed ultrafine dry powder to enable the ultrafine dry powder to be fully mixed with a water-based fire extinguishing agent, thereby reducing an atomization degree of jet flow and enlarging a range of the fire monitor. In addition, the separated nitrogen enters the dry powder tank for recycling after being pressurized by the pressurization apparatus, thereby reducing the fire extinguishing cost.
DEVICE FOR METERING ONE OR MORE POWDERS, CORRESPONDING METERING PROCESS AND 3D PRINTER THAT INCLUDES THE DEVICE
A device for metering one or more powder(s) (A, B) to produce a flow (23) of powder(s) and of a carrier gas at a given volume flow rate, comprises: at least a first source (25) suitable for supplying a first flow (27) comprising a first powder (A) and a first carrier gas (G1) substantially at the given volume flow rate, a source (33) of a carrier gas suitable for supplying an adjustment carrier gas flow (35) substantially at the given volume flow rate, an outlet junction (49) for emitting said flow of powder(s) and of carrier gas, a first proportional valve (59), an adjustment proportional valve (75), and a control system (21) suitable for controlling at least the first proportional valve and the adjustment proportional valve so that the flow of powder(s) and of carrier gas has a volume flow rate substantially equal to the given volume flow rate.
