Air-conductive rotary sprinkler
An air-conductive rotary sprinkler includes an air-conductive rotary sprinkling device, a fluid supply assembly and a dust-collecting cover. The air-conductive rotary sprinkling device further includes a main housing tube, an inner rotary tube and a rotary spray head. The rotary spray head includes a spray-head casing connected with the inner rotary tube and a guide plug installed inside the spray-head casing and further including a helical actuating groove, a helical conductive groove, a central channel and a sideway channel. The dust-collecting cover is assembled to the air-conductive rotary sprinkling device. The pressured airflow from the helical air channel rotates the rotary spray head, and the pressured airflow from the helical conductive channel also alters the spray direction of the fluid originally flowing along the base axis, such that the fluid can be sprayed out of the rotary spray head in a rotary manner.
SYSTEM AND METHOD HAVING FILTER DISPOSED IN FLUID SUPPLY CUP
A system is provided for a cup used to supply a liquid to a spray tool. The system may include a cup, a filter configured to mount inside of the cup, one or more supports extending across the filter, and a retainer configured to retain the filter.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR A SPRAYER ADAPTER
A system includes a conversion sleeve having a first mounting feature and a second mounting feature. The first mounting feature is configured to couple the conversion sleeve to a fluid connection of a first spray component. The second mounting feature is configured to couple the conversion sleeve to an adapter. The adapter is configured to be coupled to a second spray component.
AIRBRUSH
An airbrush that sprays liquid in a mist form. A supply of a compressed air and a supply of the spray liquid can be controlled at the same time only using a spray button included in a spray head. Accordingly, a loss of the spray liquid can be minimized, the airbrush can be maintained clean, and usability of the airbrush can be enhanced.
Spray gun cleaner
A pneumatic cleaning gun according to the present invention comprises a gun housing with a compressed air connection, a liquid nozzle with a nozzle cover, and an air intake tube which leads into the covered flow channel and can also be connected to a suction device via a suction hose in order to suction dirt particles through the flow channel. The cleaning gun is configured such that the air intake tube is not rigidly but pivotably mounted on the cleaning gun. The air intake tube can therefore be mounted in a plurality of different positions of use such that the user can find the most comfortable or convenient position of use and the air intake tube can be correspondingly adjusted.
SPRAY GUN NOZZLE
A spray gun nozzle is provided, including: a hood located outside a central nozzle and connected to a spray gun; an annular snout sleeved on the hood and connected to the hood, wherein the annular spout includes: a first pipe body; a second pipe body sleeved with the first pipe body; an annular bottom surface connected with an end of the first pipe body and an end of the second pipe body, wherein the first pipe body, the second pipe body and the annular bottom surface form an annular cavity; and an annular spout air inlet provided on the annular bottom surface and communicated with the annular cavity; and an annular spout air inlet pipe connected with the annular spout air inlet.
NOZZLE FOR A NANO-AEROSOL
The invention relates to a device (1) for releasing an aerosol, comprising a cylindrical upper housing (3) with a cylindrical top protrusion (30) extends downwards from the top wall (32) so that a predetermined space (34) is formed between the circumferential inner side of the upper housing and the outer side of the cylindrical top protrusion (30), wherein the top protrusion (30) comprises a bolt (18) protruding downwards from the bottom end (36) of the top protrusion, and wherein the upper housing (3) comprises at least one opening (7) for releasing the dispersed aerosol, a cylindrical lower housing (2) with a bottom floor (9), further including an bottom opening (5) in the bottom floor (9) of the lower housing (2), a cylindrical bottom protrusion (13) enclosing the bottom opening (5) and protruding upwards so that a predetermined space (11) is provided between the inner side of the lower housing (2) and the outer side of the cylindrical bottom protrusion (13) forming a reservoir for the aerosol, a support frame (15) fixedly connected to the inner side of the bottom and/or the side of the lower housing (2); and a float (12) that covers the cylindrical bottom protrusion (13), wherein the inner circumferential shape of the float (12) matches the outer shape of the cylindrical bottom protrusion (13) and wherein the float (12) is supported by the support frame (15) so that the distance C between the bottom protrusion (13) and the float (12) is essentially the same over the whole circumference, wherein the distance T of the top end of the float (12) to the inner side of the top end of the cylindrical bottom protrusion (13) is greater than the respective circumferential distance C.
PAINT SPRAY GUN
The invention relates to a paint spray gun, comprising a tubular main body and a handle which is provided on the main body and has an actuatable trigger, wherein the main body has a spray opening on a first end face. The paint spray gun comprises a nozzle part arranged in the main body and a nozzle needle which can be moved in the nozzle part, wherein actuation of the trigger causes the nozzle needle to move in the nozzle part.
