SPRAY GUN AND SPRAY METHOD
This description is directed to a spray gun comprising a spray gun body, an air cap, a fluid spray nozzle having a fluid tip, at least one air distribution channel for atomizing air and at least one air distribution channel for fan air, wherein the fluid spray nozzle and the air cap are configured to direct an atomization airflow at an angle of about 10 to about 70 degrees into the coating composition jet, and the fluid spray nozzle and the air cap are configured to provide an atomizing air pressure to fan air pressure ratio of about 0.1 to about 10. The description is also directed to the use of the spray gun for applying water-based coating compositions, a method for producing a coating layer over a substrate with a coating composition, and a method for applying a layer of a water-based coating composition onto a substrate.
Integrated spray machine
Disclosed is an integrated spray machine which comprises a shell, a sprayer assembly, an air pump motor assembly, a battery, a circuit board and a switch, wherein the sprayer assembly comprises a housing, a container and a spray mechanism; the housing is matched with the shell, the container and the spray mechanism are mounted in the housing correspondingly, and the container communicates with a liquid inlet of the spray mechanism; the air pump motor assembly, the battery and the circuit board are all arranged in the shell, the switch is arranged on the wall of the shell, the air pump motor assembly, the battery and the switch are all electrically connected with the circuit board, and an air outlet of the air pump motor assembly communicates with an air inlet of the spray mechanism through an air pipe.
ON-DEMAND HIGH VOLUME, LOW PRESSURE SPRAY SYSTEM
Various embodiments concern a sprayer having a blower that outputs a HVLP flow of air into a hose, the hose connecting with a spray gun. A pressure sensor measures pressure of the HVLP air within the hose via a tube that branches from a fitting to which the hose connects. If the sensor indicates that the pressure level has increased above a threshold amount, indicating that the trigger of the spray gun is not being actuated, then power output to the blower is reduced (e.g., stopped). HVLP air is trapped within the hose by two valves when the trigger is not actuated. When the sensor indicates that the pressure level has decreased, corresponding to release of the trapped HVLP air into the gun for spraying by actuation of the trigger, power to the blower is increased (e.g., resumed).

Airbrush
An airbrush that sprays liquid in a mist form. A supply of a compressed air and a supply of the spray liquid can be controlled at the same time only using a spray button included in a spray head. Accordingly, a loss of the spray liquid can be minimized, the airbrush can be maintained clean, and usability of the airbrush can be enhanced.
Liquid spray gun, spray gun platform, and spray head assembly
Liquid spray gun platforms, spray head assemblies and liquid spray guns including one or both of the spray gun platforms and the spray head assemblies are described.
System and method having multi-component container for spray device
A system may include a spray device having a body with a first liquid passage configured to flow a first liquid and a second liquid passage configured to flow a second liquid. The spray device also may include a spray head configured to output a spray of the first liquid and the second liquid. In addition, the spray device may include a multi-component container coupled to the body, wherein the multi-component container comprises a first container portion having a first outlet configured to supply the first liquid to the first liquid passage and a second container portion having a second outlet configured to supply the second liquid to the second liquid passage, and the first and second outlets are positioned in close proximity to one another.
DEVICE FOR EMITTING A LIQUID
The present invention refers to an interchangeable device comprising: a high-pressure pump unit (16002), a water intake (16003), and a lance (16005), characterized by a coupling system comprising: a shaped shaft (16001)-shaped hub (16007) coupling, an anti-rotation positioning element (16008), and a locking clamp (16009), wherein the coupling system allows a power generator of varying type (16006) to be coupled, rendering the device a high-pressure washer and/or a high-pressure sprayer.
RESERVOIR SYSTEMS FOR HAND-HELD SPRAY GUNS AND METHODS OF USE
A reservoir system for use with a spray gun. The system includes a cup receptacle and a lid. The lid includes a lid body and a collar. The lid body provides a spout and a platform surrounding the spout. At least a portion of the platform forms a partial helical shape revolving about a central axis of the spout. The collar is rotatably connected to the lid body. Further, the collar includes a lid connector structure configured to connect the lid to the cup receptacle. In some embodiments, the reservoir system further includes one or more of an adaptor, a plug and a shaker core.
